DO NOT HIRE! this man came to my home offering me a quote on my exterior trim he then proceeds to sexually harass me cornering me in my home saying inappropriate comments as well as asking questions that were none of his business... he then went on telling me about how he was waiting to hear from another bid and that if he did not hear back from them he wouldn't then give me my quote as well as be able to do the job... meaning the only reason why he came over to my home is because he knew I was a female at home in the middle of the day... (stupid on my part, lesson learned) moral... do not hire...

Contacted to put new gates on both sides of house. The wood that was used was cheap. The fence and gates look terrible, I also has a home inspector come out to the house and he noticed that one of the gates was against an electrical box and you can't open it which is not up to code I would never recommend this business.

Jose was a very friendly person. He addressed practically all my concerns. I will recommend him to others.

Very efficient and does a good job, however he ia a licensed contractor and bills accordingly. Will hire again if construction expertise is needed.

Work was done quickly, good workmanship & for a reasonable price. We requested a fence that was slightly higher than the average height (7ft) in our backyard and we're pleased with the results. Would recommend Jose zavala.

We hired Jose from Zavala to do various projects including: replace dry rot wood trim around the outside of our house and shed, replacing decorative wood trim around outside patio beams, fix wood gate to our pool equipment, fix a lattice wood fence and fix our front door. Jose arrived the first day a half hour early, ready to work with all supplies needed. He worked the entire time, never even taking a break. He cleaned up each day extremely well. Very professional and takes extra care in what he does! Would definitely hire him again.

Before looking around I called the 2 well known fence repair services in our area. They couldn't even give me an estimate until 30+ days. Zavala Construction was able to come out, give me an estimate, and finish the fence well before the other companies would have been able to give me an estimate. Now that I know that Zavala Construction can do other work I'll definitely hang onto their information.

He did what we requested him to do. We are happy with his work. We will recommend him to others and hire him again in future projects.
