Description of Work: I was very impressed with the thorough and professional service I received from Clark Pest Control. Kenneth Birdzell performed a thorough site inspection and then sat down and spoke with me about my needs and concerns. I foster dogs, have an outdoor kitty and a back yard with a lot of wildlife activity. I need to be here when services are performed and need prior notice so that I can clean up the bird seed on the ground under the feeders. I have been having a big flea problem. Kenny gave me an hour for cleanup and returned for a complete lawn/yard spray. He also repaired two screens to keep critters out of my crawl space under the house and he swept all eaves with a Webster to remove spider webs and wasp nests. Not only was I impressed with the level of service, I liked that the entire transaction was handled by the very knowledgeable person that will be servicing my yard. I have contracted for a year of service with Clark's. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I first called them out for termites in 2009. I have a metal roof so tenting is a difficult option. I also had only an isolated area of drywood termites so they treated and guaranteed for 1 year. I used their monitoring service for that year and then cancelled. Good service and no problems. In 2013, I developed more drywood termites in same area. Clark's came out and spot treated again. I signed up for monitoring again and added bug spray treatment. They also worked on roof rats. They have returned a couple times at no charge to spot treat recurrent drywood termites. Carlos and his team are always very professional, responsive and helpful. The termites seem controlled and if I spot one, I just call. The bug treatment also seems to be working well. I should distinguish between drywood termites and subterranean termites. The monitoring is for subterranean termites. I have never had them. The spot treatment I have had is for drywood termites. I have to monitor for those. I would definitely recommend Carlos and crew. The treatment is expensive but repairs are worse if you have untreated termites.

WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH CLARK. WE DO NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANTS OR SPIDERS ANYMORE, SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN COMING OUT. OCCASIONALLY, WHEN IT IS HOTTER THAN NORMAL, WE MAY ASK THEM TO TAKE CARE OF PROBLEM BUGS, AND THEY ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO TAKE CARE OF OUR NEEDS.

CLARKE CAME OUT VERY QUICKLY TO SEE IF THEY COULD HELP. THEY SPRAYED THE SMALL TREE WHICH KILLED THE BEES. THE MAN WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. HE GAVE US TIPS TO HELP IN FUTURE WITH THE BEES. THEY ARE A PROBLEM FOR US.

CLARK PEST CONTROL ANSWERED OUR INITIAL CALL WITHIN ONE HOUR AND SENT OVER A TECHNICIAN THE NEXT DAY TO ASSESS OUR PROBLEM, AND BEGIN A SYSTEMATIC APPROACH USING THE LEAST AMOUNT OF POISON TO ERADICATE THE ANTS. THEY COME ONCE A MONTH NOW TO SPRAY THE EXTERIOR.
