Clark Pest Control

With a very wet winter we were overrun by Japanese beetles. Clark came out when they said they would, and offered plant based solutions to our problem. The treatment worked, and we signed a contract for monthly visits. We are also in the middle of having new flooring installed. In the demo process, there were signs of possible termite activity. Although Clark's termite inspectors were booked for two weeks, they called back within ten minutes. There had an inspection cancellation and they sent someone out within the hour. We are very happy with their cutomer service.

Great! haven't seen an ant in the house since!

Went well. Clark responded quickly, gave us an estimate, and did the work in less than a week. No ants seen in the house since Clark did its work.

Excellent service! Always call the day before, they do a fast job and they leave in our mailbox.

They do a good job. The follow-up was much better with them than with another company that I was looking at. They gave me confidence that things would happen properly while we were out of town. They were more expensive than the other provider, but I think the other provider was cheap.

I like the people who came out. The price is steep for what had to be done. But, I have assurance that the problem is on it's way to be fixed.

We have been using them for a couple of years now. They get here on time and since they have been doing it, we have not had any bugs or ants. The price is a good price. It is reasonable.

THEY ARE POLITE...AND VERY PROMPT TO SEE ME IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS.

They come every month. They charge us every other month. We added fertilizing option to yard and just signed up for it. They are great. They are always punctual and very professional. They just do a great job.

They charged me way too much for what they did. I’m not sure how much it was, but it was between $3000 and $5000. It’s not that they could have been better but I was told that they ripped me off. I don’t know how the other people decided because they had to grind my garage door down and they had to replace wood, and the finished product was not that great. They didn’t put the framing of the garage door like the way it was before and repainted over, but it doesn’t show that much. I was not very happy with the outcome. Whatever I paid for, they are supposed to come and re-check for bugs or whatever they did, but I haven’t seen anybody since then. So I’m not sure what’s going on. I will not use them again in the future.

They provide an excellent service for me. They take care of the pests so I don't have any. The price is very good.

They seem to control the pests. There is no problem with the scheduling and everything. They do well as far as scheduling, and send us postcards when they are going to be coming to our house so that we could prepare for it. The billing has been fine, and it is always very prompt and accurate. The billing system is good. They have a friendly service. The technicians are very friendly, and if we have any problems, they address them at the time and take care of everything we need. I would say that they do a good job. We have no ants at all anymore in the house. I feel like it is kind of an expensive service, but we haven’t looked around too much for other services. We have them set up for the year.

My wife picked them and they do a great job.

Their service was been good. They always come out right away to help me out.

They do a quarterly check on detectors that are in the ground. It's $94 a quarter. It seems a little high to me, but, I haven't compared. We have had them to do treatments, too. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

They did the initial work and I signed up for their services every other month. I liked that I could get a lot of things taken care of because they put something down for the grubs and the yard to take care of moles. I have a problem with moles and they helped with that.

They did that okay but I was a little perturbed because they were not user friendly. The guy didn't get back to me. I had to make 4 or 5 calls. It was not great customer service. They were based in Livermore and that might have been the problem. It was a set fee and then so much per month. I am thinking about switching to another company.

Can't believe these people claim to be in the pest extermination busiess. First rep came out and did nothing except look around and inform us that he was not allowed to inspect roofs... this was AFTER I informed them that the pests were in the roof when I made the appointment! He put us in touch with the supervisor who came out and decided that his ladder wasn't long enough and asked if my husband had a longer ladder. He also said that he didn't have the report from the first guy and needed to get in touch with him before he could proceed further. So 2 visits, and still no progress a all! A total waste of time for me since I had arranged my schedule to accomodate these clowns. The 2nd guy promised to follow up and call me with a time to come out again. After not hearing from him for several days, I called him to ask what was going on... he said that he would get back to me. After a couple go-rounds of this, I gave up and called Omega Pest Control. So far, a MUCH better result.

Technician is very polite and does a good job. I like to be home on the day my house is being serviced since my fences are locked when I am away. The only thing I have a hard time with is the 8-5pm service window. I never know when he is going to arrive at my house. Recently, I discovered swarming termites (late October) and called Clark to have them identified. Technician came by my house the next day and called me that evening to let me know they were in fact subterranean termites. As a result, I scheduled a termite inspection (free of charge) to find out if I had termites eating away at my house. The technician that performed the inspection was polite and extremely knowledgeable. I found out that Clark can do home repairs too. Turns out I had a few areas of dry rot around my house that need to be repaired, so Clark will present me with a quote and do the work if I choose to move forward with them. I didn't know they had a contractor's license too. Just a nice option for those folks that don't have a ton of time to get 3 quotes from various companies. I will probably end up putting in the termite bait stations and have them monitored for a year. I figure it is a lot cheaper to prevent termites from coming to your property than repairing the damage that they will do if they get in.

They were very professional but I just thought that it was way too much money.

They were pretty professional, punctual and organized. It was a good company, but we just decided to take care of the pest problem on our own.

I am really happy with them. They come every two months. Every time they come, they have good information for me and they have offered me a new service that I didn't know they did. They are very professional and reasonably priced. I have noticed that the flea population has lightened since they spray.

The service used to be excellent until they assigned a new guy to my route. He is supposed to give me advance notice so I can let him into my backyard. That never happens. He showed up to early and he just can't seem to get that down.
