He was supposed to be here at 10 and he showed up after 12 and he texted me one time while on my way and texted me again and he goes 20 minutes and I waited for him for 30 minutes and I just need to go because I have an appointment. My wife wanted our TV to be mounted above our fireplace mantle and he did but he mounted and installed the wires incorrectly and I had to do it all over again to correct what he did."
