Went well. Poor communication regarding after install. Apparently I need to have testing done by another agency and also the city needs me to schedule a full day for them to come inspect and close permit. I was not made aware of either of these in advance. Otherwise service was prompt, professional and just as we needed.

I will definitely use HUFF again. They were great and did a very clean job.

Had high hopes for this company had great reviews and recommendations. Signed up for member program with inspection twice a year 3 times out 3 times now how convenient I have had an expensive bill with no problems prior one more expensive bill will definitely be searching for another company.

Not well all three times out have had a bill obviously Not doing great inspections. One more billl willl probably find a new company. Had no problems prior to having them come out. .

Excellent. Huft installed my new Goodman HVAC system a few years ago and maintains it consistently.

We are very pleased with our service. Our technician, Jose, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. My husband was very happy with the fact that he thoroughly explained everything he was doing.

It went well. I was notified via text that technician was on the way and then he called me to let me know his approximate arrival time.

The folks on both the phone and in person were very nice and always made me feel comfortable to ask questions or raise any concerns I may have had. Highly recommend!

Huft Home Services replaced my regular HVAC company when the owners retired. Comfort Master had installed my system in 1995 so we had a 25-year personal relationship. Ed and Donna were still using hardcopy records. When I called Huft on May 12 and talked with Elizabeth, we were able to confirm and establish the status of my ongoing services. We discussed the 2 different areas of work needed, HVAC regular maintenance and an urgent plumbing service for a leaking irrigation valve system. We scheduled the irrigation repair quickly, but I was very disappointed to discover that the repair person was unable to do that work and found out that Huft actually did not work on irrigation. Fortunately I was able to find a provider who came out the next day and did exceptional work – I highly recommend Authentic Landscape/Salvador Gallardo for that work. However, rather than make a complaint, I figured I'd wait to see how the HVAC service went. That appointment was scheduled for a couple weeks later. Anthony was fantastic. He called to let me know he was running late from his previous job. Maybe it was just because I wasn't up on current services, but I am highly impressed that he was able to take many photos of my system and his work – and instantly email them and my invoice to me! He went over in great detail the status of the equipment and anticipation of potential repairs needed over time along with likely cost estimates. We also discussed possible replacements for when I decided I was ready for a new unit. I will certainly continue my maintenance with Huft, and not just because I'm prepaid for a couple more years of biannual services.

The Huft technicians knew their stuff. They arrived promptly in the morning, removed the existing units, and installed the new units without a hitch. The systems were up and running by the afternoon, and have served me well over the last three years, working great in both summer and winter. Huft provided free semi-annual maintenance visits for two years. There was a minor problem with the rooftop unit recently, and they repaired it under warranty at no charge. The cost was not cheap, but for me it was worth it to go all-electric.

My 36-year-old heating and air conditioning system, which was original to my home, had been on borrowed time for some while. I researched and got bids from four local companies. I needed a new heat pump and air handler at least, but I also wanted to replace the insulation and duct work since it too was old and I had had some rodent issues in my attic some years ago. Insulation upgrades also qualify for additional SMUD rebates. Not only was Huft's bid the lowest, but my Bosch system is more energy efficient than any of the other systems quoted me and whisper quiet. From the salesman Glenn to the installation lead Tever and the insulation installer Anthony, I was impressed with their level of punctuality, courtesy, and professionalism throughout the process. In fact, Glenn was the only salesman who actually took the time to take measurements at my house and explained the numbers of why I needed a three-ton system. I am very happy with my system thus far and I would highly recommend Huft to others!

Excellent customer experience from beginning to end. Alex was very professional, honest, and not aggressive for my business. Huft provided $4,000 in rebates and a $1,600 promotional credit for an electric HVAC system upgrade! The installers were prompt, expedient, and considerate to not make a mess. The workmanship was great in the interior attic and for the exterior condenser. They cleaned-up afterwards and left no trace or trash. They even ran diagnostic tests after installation and provided the written results with follow-up 6 months later to inspect and make any adjustments. I would highly recommend Huft Heating and Air Conditioning for a new HVAC install.

splendidly! Tech walked through the attic. He noted that the insufficient insulation was a problem. He will clean out the old insulation and do a proper job. We felt confidence in him. He did a good job explaining both the technical details and the resolution.

Unfortunately, drain would not work despite various methods employed by Hufts technician. Hufts was fair enough not to charge me for the visit. Guess its time for a new water heater.

pilot was out... never received phone call by Huft. We're out of state landlords. Neither tenant or Huft let us know it was repaired.
