Very happy with service. Screens were ready before estimated time. Very professional service.

Was a little disappointed with them now using a camera. They advertised it in the groupon ad. But when worker showed up, he said the camera was too big to fit in the flute since I have a wood burning stove. I had called around for other's to clean the chimney and they were around $80. However, I decided to go with A to Z because of the groupon ad and they said they could use a camera. I will go with someone cheaper next time.

Very well. This is the second time I've used A to Z, the first was for chimney and vent cleaning. The sunscreen bid and installation went equally smoothly.

Aaron arrived on time for consultation 4/10/2013, very well prepared with many samples. He listened to our needs and concerns, showed us samples, made recommendations, took measurements, and gave us an estimate. He was very knowledgable, professional and friendly. They contacted us when our order was ready, arrived as scheduled, and installed our custom made screens. The screens look and function great. Overall, very nice company to deal with. We are very pleased, and would recommend them to others.

The "cleaning" was done and was done timely, professionally and no hidden charges which we love! We were told that additional things should/needed to be done on our 70+ year old chimney but we never got the follow up list of repairs and costs.

They were very good. I would not only highly recommend them, but I would use them again! They are a small company, so I understand they get a little busy. They provide a great service.

A To Z Window Screens & Chimney Sweeps were excellent. I have no issues, everything was wonderful. I think I've used them already twice now.

They did the work as promised, and I had no complaints. I did appreciate that the gentleman kept the house clean while he worked.

The gentlemen showed up on time and completed the job within two hours. He left everything spotless and even fixed my screen door for free. I was so impressed that I ordered a new screen for the door right then and there. Came back a month later to install new custom screen and did a fabulous job.

It took a couple weeks for them to call us back. They initially gave me a date and then called back to inform us they would not be able to do the work for a around a month. After I expressed not wanting to wait a month to do the job they did shorten the wait by about a week. The actual work and the worker was good. They did not try to increase the price either. However, the call back time and scheduling was not good.

They did very well. Security screen door installed with deadbolt and lever opener. They re-keyed the lock to our others and everything worked well. Sunscreens look very nice.

They did a great job. They took off the vent on the roof and cleaned from there. They dryer had never been cleaned that well. They did a great job.

Service men showed up with cleaning and inspection equipment. Protected inside of the house and cleaned, then inspected the chimney. Reported results and explained options and costs. Completed requested upgrade and left a clean worksite.

They were quick, courteous, and careful. We have white leather furniture and they made sure nothing was damaged while they were working. Overall, a great job!

The guys were great. I just wanted to make sure my fireplace was safe to have a wood fire. Not only did they inspect and clean my chimney but they also let me know I had some roof damage I hadn't noiced. I was able to keep an eye out for Angie discount roofer to come in and inspect the problem before I had any water damage. If the chimney sweep hadn't told me about the roof problem I could have been dealing with a much bigger and expensive mess. Thanks A-Zy w

I enjoyed the experience overall. He was pleasant and respectful, and the job was thoroughly explained. I asked about a fireplace insert, and he was admittedly less informed about that. For the price, I thought it was a good job. I would recommend them for cleaning.

The person who came to our house was courteous and professional, arrived on time, and performed the service in a timely fashion. He cleaned up afterwards and left no mess. I haven't had a chimney cleaned before, so I have no basis for comparison for what was done, whether it was done correctly, and what other companies would have charged for the same service, but based on the good reviews on Angie's list and my experience, I assume that the work was done correctly and that we were charged a fair rate. I have no complaints and would definitely do business with these people again.
