Aaron and Tony arrived early in the two-hour window of time I was told to expect them. They were both extremely friendly and were fine with me watching them do their work (I've never seen a chimney cleaned). The laid out tarps around the fireplace and from the fireplace to the front door. They then wheeled in Big Bertha, a VERY large vacuum. Aaron explained the process to me, then they set to work. Tony scrubbed out the chimney with brushes and captured the ashes in Bertha and a bag. He then put a camera up into the chimney and showed me what they look for (cracks, bad seams, etc.). The chimney was fine. While Tony was cleaning, Aaron was taking pictures of the chimney from outside the house. He was able to see that the chase pan cover was rusted and needs to be replaced. Using a book of issue descriptions and picture, Aaron explained the problems to me and provided me with an estimate of costs, which I have agreed to. I never felt pressured to purchase this replacement, and after looking online on other sites, I feel I am doing the right thing by getting this item replaced. They were done with the entire process in less than as hour, and besides a faint smell of smoke in the air, there wasn't and indication that they had been there. They left the house exactly as it was before they arrived - except for a very clean fireplace and chimney! My thanks to Aaron and Tony for taking care of this much-needed task! Note: I will write another review upon completion of the repair to the chase pan cover.

Ryan was the technician that they sent and he was very professional. He let me ask questions, he was efficient and quick, and he was clean. It was great. I had a $10 off coupon from Angie’s List so I didn’t really shop around, but I think their price was competitive.

They were very good. His price was acceptable. They arrived on time and the work they did was reasonable. They did a good job. I felt safe about my fireplace.

They were on time and very professional and helpful. They did a great job and my chimney seems pretty clean to me! My only complaint is that they said they would get me an estimate on a new cap for the chimney as well as an actual inspection report. I haven't received either so far and it took a couple of phone calls to figure out it's because they're waiting on the cap estimate themselves. I trust it will come through soon enough, but it would have been nice if they had told me that so I'm not wondering 2 weeks later why I haven't received anything. And the first couple calls while very responsive kept telling me it would be there in the morning.

They did not show up for the work. When I called them, they did not answer the phone so I left a message. They never called me back. I would not use their service in the future.

I would recommend him. I was impressed that he lowered his price once he saw the job. That was nice of him. He was very efficient and fast. He didn't waste a lot of time. He was clean and neat. I'm glad that I had them do the work for me.

very well, he let me see the video, explained what he found and what needed to be done. Very throrough work, very neat and clean. Obviously a little "smoky" smell from the vacumm for about 2 hours, but everything was left pristine.

The whole process was seemless and easy for me, the homeowner, and the technician was very professional throughout!

The guy is a great guy, and they did a wonderful job. They left everything clean and orderly when they left. They are simply nice people to work with.

Aaron did a terrific job. He was very pleasant to work with and professional. He cleaned the outside dryer vent ductwork. It hadn't been cleaned in 10 years so there was a lot of lint and buildup in the ductwork. He said there wasn't much airflow going through the ductwork. That could explain why it was taking so long for the clothes to dry. It was also a huge fire hazard. He cleaned up the area outside. I couldn't even tell he had been there. He pulled off the bottom of the dryer to check for lint build up in the dryer. There was a lot of lint in there too. He said he could clean the inside of the dryer also for an extra charge of 50.00. I thought that was a very reasonable price so I had him clean the inside of the dryer also. I am very pleased with his work and glad I finally found someone to clean the vent. His company also automatically makes an appointment to come back in tow years to clean it again. The appointment will be in two years for the same date as the original visit. He put a magnet on the front of the dryer with the future appointment date so I don't forget. I will definitely use his service again.
