Description of Work: Can't recommend them enough!

Description of Work: I purchased this service thru Angie's List for my daughter's home. She said that the service was outstanding and the person who did the service was very professional and knowledgable. My 5 year old grand-daughter was home at the time and witnessed that it was part of Santa's Suit that had clogged the chimney. There was one repair suggested, but we haven't had any follow up contact as of yet. Really made a good impression. We have used services on Angie's List twice now and have been throughly satisfied with the people and the services.

Description of Work: They arrived on time (early even). Did thorough inspection and cleaning and gave recommendations for needed repairs. They were pleasant and left the living room as clean as it was when they arrived. I bought an older house 2 years ago and I haven't used the fireplace. The Angie's list coupon was an opportunity to get the chimney cleaned and inspected and find out if it was safe to burn. Now I know there are repairs required. I was very satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: Service was great! Mick was one of the techs who visited and was very polite and informative. They did a chimney sweep and were out within an hour. The cleaned up so well, you wouldn't even know they were there. The next day, someone from their office called to confirm everything was done to my satisfaction. A+

Description of Work: The company was awesome. Kathy on the phone and the tech that came out were both friendly and professional. The only thing about the deal was that I didn't need a sweep since the fireplace had never been used but we didn't know that until they could check it out. Since I pre-purchased the package, I still paid for the sweep part of the deal. If I had paid for them separately, I would have paid MUCH more so it was worth it, to pay the lower price just incase.

However, i do remember that it was the best Chimney Sweep we have ever had at any house, here, Texas, or Illinois and the price was very reasonable. I have recommended them to several people since they did the work.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal from Angie"s list for A to Z Chimney Sweep. Mick and Ryan came on 1/25/12 . They immediately laid tarps on the floor to protect it. They used a camera to show me that the entire inside of the chimney is missing tiles. We discussed options and they were very honest with their appraisal and said it would be a very big and expensive job to repair it. They also told me not to use the fireplace for safety reasons and put that in writing so I would be able to explain it to my husband. They suggested a gas fire insert, which they do not provide. I was impressed that they did not try to talk me into repairing the chimney for their profit. I hired them to rebuild the crown on top of the roof because it is deteriorating so badly. They showed me pictures of it and explained what has to be done. Their price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this company They were courteous, answered questions and most of all honest. That is very hard to find nowadays.

Description of Work: I had my chimney inspected and sweeped by Ryan from A to Z using their BigDeal coupon from AngiesList. He was very professional, quick and clean and gave me good info on keeping my chimney in top shape. I will definitely use them again for my next scheduled sweeping. Keep up the good work!
