Description of Work: They came and cut down a very large tree in the back yard. I had put it off for years, worried that it would cost a fortune. Their rate was so reasonable that I had them also trim another tree. They provided excellent service and I would use them again in a heart beat.

Description of Work: I had two trees that were failing despite my efforts to save them. The estimator arrived promptly and discussed the options with me. I decided to have the trees removed and we scheduled the job. The removal crew arrived on time and quickly cut down the trees. They cleaned up the debris and took the wood as I didn't want it. I have used them in the past and will definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: Tom the certified arborist was very professional and cleaned up some of the messes the crew made; example broke a lawn sprinkler and buried the line, broke a valve at sprinkler shut off which leaked all night, the clean up left a lot to be desired, we ended up sweeping street and neighbors yard. but Tom responded right away to our complaints and made things right.they removed a giant liquid amber tree and some roots, they had to come back the next day to remove more roots they missed, tom had them come back so that was good also one of our yard lights is broken.

Description of Work: Contacted provider for an estimate; called two days in a row with no response - on third call someone finally answered the phone; their response was apathetic; we then advised we would not be interested in their services nor would we recommend them.

Description of Work: I have not used the provider, however, a representative of the company has come to our home twice. The rep. gave an estimate for work to be done. Our budget is less (smile) than required. Nonetheless, the first impression was excellent.

Description of Work: I contracted them to remove a good number of trees in my backyard. They arrived on-time and removed the trees. They cleaned up bo,th my yard and the neighbor's yard and left the whole area better than before. I highly recommend Tip Top!

Description of Work: I called for information on some dying trees. I got a return consultation call that suggested several things to look for. He also said that I should return the call if additional information was necessary.

Description of Work: Took down and grinded a huge tree from my back yard. They were extremely professional. They are licensed and bonded and took care of any mishaps that occurred. They damaged my fence and broke a sprinkler and repaired them within hours at no cost to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
