Tip Top Arborists

The crew was punctual, personable and very professional. They arrived at the promised 7:30 AM start time and by 8:05 they were raking the last remnants of leaves and debris into their rig to depart. We were given a quote of $425.00 at the time our contract was signed and that was the amount we paid at the conclusion. We have a guest house that sits precariously close (within 6 feet) of this tree which concerned us; but we shouldn't have been; the crew were alert to that hazard and avoided it without hesitation. The crew worked as one, like a well oiled machine.

The son of the owner + one employee did a professional, on time removal of four (4) trees. The contract was made with the owner/father. He told me his son would do the work. We agreed on a price (reasonable from the price I got from another contractor), a date and time. The son + one employee were on time; they were friendly; they were courteous; they shared a sense of humor; told me what they were going to do ...and did it. I strongly recommend them.

The work was done in an expeditious manner and as contracted. The Sycamore's were fairly close to the house and removed with caution and without incident. The neighbors tree was trimmed without making look like it had been. The Italian Cypress were cleaned up nicely and look great. I will use Tip Top again.

I found them to be very prompt in coming to my house and providing an estimate for removal. Jason was responsive and courteous at all times. Did not need to use them because some neghbors were able to do it for me.

They were wonderful. the guys were nice and answered any questions I had.

We haven't had the work done yet but I will give an update in a month or so. I can say that I've seen this company all over area and even on my street so I do believe that my choice has been the correct one. Also they are the arborists for the city, so that also makes me feel very confident in my choice.

They were excellent. They are master Herbalist and they know their stuff. We always used them when we had it. They are always good. I don't even know they are here. They come and do their thing. All I would do was get a bill in the mail. They always cleaned up and never left a mess ever. That was fine. It was always a great job. Price they are as reasonable as probably all of them. They are master herbalist so they know every tree in the world. They know if you are feeding it wrong or if you have beetle problems. They were nice to have around. When ever they set up a job they were there. They would set it up a couple weeks in advance. But what ever day they set up that is the date they showed up and on time. They were always real quiet and got the job done. They did their work and they were real good. I would refer them again. I don't need the service any more because I do not have any trees.

They were here on time. There were 4 men working to take down and clean up after this tree whose roots were pushing the block wall and separating it at the corner. The wall had moved a couple of inches but had not yet cracked. There was no damage to the block wall or to the sprinklers when they left.

Tiptop was on time, within budget (estimate), did not leave a mess, and the crew was friendly to deal with. In fact they removed a smaller dying tree in the front yard I was going to do myself but they offered to remove it for me!..at no extra cost! I would highly recommend Tiptop to anyone who has damaged trees from bad pruning jobs that have shocked their trees. These folks know how to do the job correctly. Thank you Tiptop!

Tip Top was unable to perform the work needed because of the tree's current proximity to the wall. Could not save the tree but could cut and remove the tree. A reasonable quote for the work was provided. However, the removal was simple enough for my nephew to perform.

Tip Top Arborists are thoroughly knowledgeable and professional. We received an excellent itemized quote for the job and reasonable charge. The work crews showed up right on time on the scheduled date for work, and did excellent professional work from the lead foreman on down to the last man. It was no small job, but they completed all work in about 8 to 9 hours on the same day, and the haul away and cleanup was so well done and detailed, you couldn't tell they were there for the day working. We received all work promised and were totally satisfied and would not hesitate to hire Tip Top Arborists again and recommend them to anyone needing tree care services.

Wow, so nice to deal with a professional, courteous company. Everyone I dealt with from the first phone call was awesome. Their service exceeded our expectations. They left the area so clean you couldn't even tell where the trees were! Thank you Tip Top!

They showed up between the hours they said they would and immediately went into action. There were 5 crew members. They had the tree down and front yard cleaned up within an hour. It was amazing to watch and lots of hard work!!! The only thing I can say negative was I wasn't explained to that they weren't going to grind the stump out completely, just the six inches. I had been expecting them to grind the stump down completely only because I had heard from others that that's what they do. He explained that is what was written down - the six inches - so that is what he had to do. In order to grind it completely, they would have had to check with the electric company, the cable and gas company. It makes sense to me, I just wish I had known there was a choice since I plan on replacing the tree, just not right now. He did say when I decide to replace it to call and they will check with the utilities before coming out to take care of it. I did not think to ask if it would be an extra charge, but it didn't sound like it. Even if it is, I would still have them back. I should have asked the question. All in all I am very satisfied and would have them again.

As always, on time and very professional. With everything they did, they cleaned up everything.....Great people doing a great job every time.

This is the second time I have used Tip Top and they are the best. They are incredibly professional and go above and beyond. They arrived on time and completed the job on time. Personnel helpful and answered all questions about watering and health of our trees. Highly recoomend.

We got estimates from Tip Top (we have used them in the past) and another company and tried the company with the lower priced estimate this time. Next time we will go with Tip Top because they are the best. The price is a little higher but they do a fantastic job and clean up great.

I have used Tip Top tree service for all of my tree trimming and removal needs. Their work is excellent. They always leave the area neat and clean. Very important in this business, they are fully licensed and insured. I am not going to take a chance with an uninsured person possibly causing damage to my trees, buildings, or injuring themselves while working. This type of work is too risky. They are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They will always answer questions. I would highly recommend them.

Pleased with service, pleased with price, pleased with educational talk, but didn't really want to talk politics with representative. Even with that, I would recommend company to others.

Todd and Tip Top crew are fabulous. We had used them before and they continue to provide excellent service. We had multiple trees needing cut down/stump grinding. Also,, huge piles of tree branches we had accumulated from trimming trees/shrubs over past few months. Trees all had irrigating lines running to them and they didn't damage a single head or line. Left our property looking great, wonderful clean up. Nice, courteous crew. Can't say enough good things about them....Thank you Tip Top
