Troy arrived on time saw what was wrong with the opener and was able to fix it right away. Since my opener is over 20 years old he could not tell me that it wouldn't happen again or when. He also went over options for replacement since electronic parts are no longer available. His fee was reasonable, less than I expected. This was the second time I've called Troy and will call him again. Very satisfied.

Great service, and the job was done right away

Troy the repairman did a great job. My opener wasn’t working and my springs were shot and needed to be replaced. My door never worked perfectly until Troy fixed it. It is one less thing I need to worry about. He was very reasonably priced.

I found his listing at about 4 p.m. I called and he offered to come out at about 6. He came and the work was finished around 7:45 p.m. He even did extra maintenance at no charge.

My husband and I are new home owners in Canyon Country area, and as everyone know when your a new homeowner you spend so much money moving in and changing things. I called Troy on a Wednesday night late in the evening and I told him I was on a tight budget because I just spent 1000's on sofas and chairs and etc.. I told him how I call several other places and they gave me an estaminet of 700 and up. Troy was the only one that explained to me he will change all the brackets and screws and he gave me different options to choose from to fit our budget. He showed up Saturday afternoon like we discussed and he told me if We want he can fix my old sensors on my current garage and that will fix the problem and it can last you another 2 years or so . Troy was the only one that told me that. But my husband and I still decide to change the garage door opener with a master Lift and it was 420.00 and that was no were near 700 and up. He is great and reasonable and very honest. Call him ASAP....

Ok..I have to say this was THE BEST experience that I have had with any service provider. I called Troy on Wed. July 22 and arranged for him to come look at our garage door and give an estimate. We arranged for him to come on Fri. July 24. He arrived at the arranged time ON TIME. Troy gave us an amazing price for the repairs. He did the repair ON THE SPOT.
