Troy arrived prompt & at the time frame promised. He was friendly & professional. I watched him while he was replacing my broken garage door springs. He appeared to be very knowledgeable about his expertise in the garage door field. He worked in a very safe manner. After he finished installing the springs, he showed me how to maintain the entire garage door areas. The garage door was tested and all went well. I mentioned to him that I was having problems with the motor unit & he was able to solve & repair it. The total price was very reasonable . Was able to schedule a person same day to come out and take a look at broken torsion spring on garage door. Arrived within time frame specified. After verifying model door and look up of springs needed he showed me price, I authorized him to proceed and about 45 mins later he was done.

AGDS showed up on time to replace a chamberlain garage door opener that had died with another chamberlain unit. AGDS also replaced the wiring, rails and sensors that came w/ the new unit. AGDS cleaned up my garage, helped me set up my remote and myQ app on my phone. I'm very pleased with the service.

I called Automatic Garage Door Service because I bought a house that needed two new garage doors and openers. When I called Troy answered the phone and I dealt with him the whole time. The experience was fantastic. Very easy to deal with, knew what I wanted and made it happen. What I received was top notch. One of the garage door was on back order so it took a while to get the second door installed. He let me know up front that this was the case. Troy kept me informed and up to date until the second door came in. It's all history now and it was worth it. So happy.
