She never came to the appointment, and she hasn’t followed up with me at all. I left her a message, asking that she let me know either way however I still have not heard back.

Regina and her crew came every two weeks for a few months and did a very nice job. They are quiet, professional, bring all their own equipment and when they're done, the house really looks nice. I have now retired and am home again in Los Angeles, so don't require their services, but would certainly use them again, if needed.

We were very happy with everything. We've had other cleaning services in the past - Regina and her team are definitely the best of all we've experienced.

I phoned this company and left a detailed message on their answer machine. They haven't returned my call.

We were very happy with the quality of Regina's work as well as her demeanor, but as others have noted, she seems to have a significant problem with showing up for appointments as scheduled and when she doesn't, does not return phone calls. A BIG bummer. We thought we found a good fit, only to find get stood up not once, but twice. Never heard from her again.

Regina was great - she's seen it all so my mess didn't phase her a bit. She gave me two quotes - one to include my roommate's part of the house and one without. He wanted to clean his own space, so she was fine with that. They did a great job, especially considering the fact that it was pouring outside, so they could only do the inside of the window (THEY DO WINDOWS!!!) and the inside of the fridge and oven were great. It's always lovely to come home to a clean house, but they did the laundry too, which floored me! She comes every other week now. I hope to make it weekly when I can! Hooray!!!

I contacted Regina after finding her on Angie's list. She came and looked at the house and offered me an estimate for initial cleaning of $500. It was worth it, the house was filthy. We are now contracted to have her clean every other week for $150 dollars. She and her team are awesome. They used their own products and even reorganized my kids' closets! What a find!

We called Regina on Saturday in a panic trying to get an apartment cleaned for new tenants who wanted it right away. Regina kindly came out the next day, a SUNDAY for us. She was prompt and thorough. Things went smoothly. She was VERY accomodating. I couldn't have dreamed for someone easier to work with. She cleaned everything, including the insides of the windows.

We thought we had found a professional cleaning company in our area that will do a good job at a competitive price. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Regina, the owner came out to do an estimate on our house, we were quoted $425 for the initial cleaning (we have a 5 bed x 5 bath house) and a weekly cleaning of $100 or bi-weekly at $150 per cleaning. The price seemed reasonable to us and we went ahead and scheduled a cleaning with her on the spot. The day of our scheduled cleaning came and we waited for her to come. An hour passed and we thought maybe she was stuck at another job before us, so we gave her a call and left a message. A few hours later we called again but of course there was no answer. By this time we already knew she wasn't coming and was hoping that she would call us back to let us know what happened. Unfortunately, we never received a call back, it's been a couple of days and no word from her. The experience was totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Regina definitely did not deliver on what was promised and we would not recommend this service to anyone else and definitely would not use them at all. I would have to give this company a big "F".

They do a great job and I think they are the best housekeepers we've had. They are thorough and they do stuff that you don't ask them to do. The owner works with the team and I think that is a big plus. We will absolutely continue to use their services.

They were very professional and responsive but they were slightly late as they forgot my cell phone number. They did a very good job and I was satisfied with their service.

We joined Angie's list to find a really great housekeeping service. I was excited to find this company on the list with such glowing recommendations, so my husband called and Regina called right back and set up an appoint for two days later around 3:00 in the afternoon to look at our house. That day rolled around, no Regina. My husband called and left a message reminding her we were waiting and never received a phone call. If she had an emergency, we would understand completely, but still no return call. So disappointed!

Regina and two helpers cleaned the entire house, including the kitchen appliances, drapes, and light fixtures. They even organized the baby's closet and polished all the appliances and trash cans. This deep-cleaning was in preparation for a bi-weekly scheduled cleaning, which we also have contracted to her for ~$100.00. The first scheduled cleaning (only one has occurred so far) resulted in a very clean house, and an additional 'special task' of scrubbing the inside of the dishwasher. We were very impressed with her efficiency and quality, and have already recommended her to friends.

Prior to finding Regina, I had been working with housekeeping agency – not naming names here – that drove me nuts! Every week, a different housekeeper, a change in schedule, and a little dust and dirt left behind. I decided to find an independent housekeeper because I was seeking reliability, consistency, accessibility, and of course a tidy house. I was slightly apprehensive because I’m letting a stranger into my house without the deep pocket insurance premiums of an agency. I conducted several interviews from candidates found here on Angie’s List, but ultimately decided on Regina because she shows an immense pride in her business and as an entrepreneur knows that client satisfaction is key. Her price is right on par with her competitors. Her references were absolutely glowing and we scheduled work just a few days later. She and her team bring their own, quality products and go above and beyond – not just cleaning, but organizing, throwing a load of sheets and towels into the wash, and locking up securely when they leave. I plan to continue working with Regina indefinitely and hope one day we can have her come more often.

They have been excellent. They were very punctual, they were here when we asked them to be. The house looked beautiful afterwords. It is expensive but it was worth the price.
