Service was excellent, professional and very thorough. I would highly recommend them.

Regina and her crew have cleaned our house for several months now. It is always so nice to come home to a sparkling, clean smelling home after work! She communicates with me the night before via text to confirm which I appreciate. We have been flexible with each other regarding changes of dates/times which is also helpful. They even work around our dogs who are very interested in new "friends" and I have no worries about them being in my home when we are not there. I would highly recommend this service.

We've had Regina and her team clean our home many times and she never ceases to amaze us with her professionalism and enthusiasm. She makes our home sparkle and gives us lots of tips on housekeeping methods and products. We highly recommend Regina and her team. The little "extras" she provides are worth their weight in gold.

Regina is a great house cleaner and very thorough. From ceiling to mini-blinds to floors, everything was cleaned to our satisfaction. Highly recommend.

The provider sent her sister to my place to get a sense of what I wanted and to give me a quote on 9/25/2015. After that day, I never heard from the provider again. A few days later, I sent a text to find out what was going on. Her response was that she was busy and that was I willing to purge my clothes. My response to her was that my sister purged my clothes a few months ago. After that text was sent, I havent heard from her since then.

This service went extremely well. There were 2 cleaners, including the owner, they went through everything in the bathrooms and kitchen. I was given the opportunity to decide what I wanted to keep, what needed to be thrown away and what could be donated. They were very patient with me and I did not feel pressured in any way. Once the decisions were made they then did an incredible job of scrubbing everything down. The Kitchen and both bathrooms look as good as new. After they were finished, they took some extra time and organized the living room to make things go quicker when they come back to finish the house. They then made my bed up in fresh linens before they left. I definitely look forward to working with them again.

They are very good because the lady that runs it calls me up and then sends someone to clean the house. She came then I have to change my schedule so she actually made it Saturday for me. That was good but there are couple of things she doesn't do. They came with three people and they were in and out within two hours which is good but one day they came with two people and they didn't get out in time and I have to be at work. So then the next time they came they were late which is not bad because they told me but there were only two people so the problem with that if you have two people late then I will be late to go to work. They were telling their boss that I've disrespected them so I told them that "If I won't have respect for you then you don't need to work for me. The problem was they did a better job; they were amazing but then they stop coming around October or November. They are good with what they do but it's like they are intimidating. The ladies are tough, they are all tattooed and pierced.

My call was answered within a day and the work scheduled at my convenience. Regina and her girls arrived promptly and did a thorough job of cleaning. This is the second time I've used them and they are excellent at what they do.

Saw ad on Angie's list and hired Regina Hello to clean an empty two bedroom apartment. She arrived immediately after calling to meet me and arrange a cleaning date. I work during days and was not able to be present when she supposedly cleaned apartment, which was left relatively clean by last tenant. When I got home at night checked apartment briefly. Noticed rug was vacuumed. Kitchen counters felt gritty. She charged extra to clean outside of windows of which was not visible at night. I liked her when I hired her so I assumed she did everything she told me she did. Like I said apartment was left pretty clean after last tenants. She did not leave me invoice like she said she would. I called her and she said she would mail it to me. I waited for weeks and called her back. She said she mailed it but I never received it. Finally, I told her I would leave the check under my doormat and to please leave invoice when she picked up check. After over a month I retrieved check and called her again. She made excuse upon excuse why she couldn't pick up check. I thought that was strange! It wasn't until I was showing apartment to potential tenants that I noticed outside windows were never cleaned. There was some old stuff stuck onto window that would have come off if it was cleaned. I called and asked her to come over to check the windows and pick up her check. She said she was too busy and could not come look at the windows. I never heard from her until January 2015 whereby she finally sent me an invoice. I was so fed up with dealing with her that I sent the check even though I don't think she earned it. If you hire her make sure you're present to validate that she does what she says she would!

Regina and her crew were phenomenal when they tackled my uncle's house. At 94 years old my uncle has always done his own cleaning and maintenance and his idea of clean and organized was very different than mine. While he was in the hospital recently, I decided now was the time for a proper "tidy up". Regina and her crew tackled massive and numerous black cobwebs in every room; washed down walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows; laundered curtains and rehung them; vacuumed furniture and carpets; purged his pantry of expired foods and his laundry room of old cleaning supplies; washed in- and outside of glass doors on cabinets; bagged items for trash, bagged old clothes for donation, mopped all bare floors, dusted and cleaned all wood furniture. Really, the before and after state of the house was amazing. They gathered and put aside loose papers and I took them outside to a table and sorted through to be sure that anything of importance was saved and filed away. Some of the odd-ball items, which didn't seem to have a proper place were taken to the garage for storage. I recommend Regina and her crew wholeheartedly for any big de-cluttering or purging project. They are incredibly fast and efficient and super nice to work with. They just walked in and immediately went to work. If you have an overwhelming mess to deal with, this is the team for you.

Regina returned my phone call, and, since she was busy with other clients so close to Christmas, she came on a SUNDAY in order to clean a rental house. The rental house had been used and then left empty and dirty for years. The bathroom and the windows were especially filthy. She did a thorough deep cleaning, and left the place SPARKLING for my family when they came to visit. Regina's willingness to help a first-time client like me, with short notice, and on a Sunday when she had her own holiday preparations to make, demonstrates dedication and professionalism and kindness. I cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding cleaning she performed.

The service was excellent. Three ladies came out and it took them about four to five hours to clean everything. I would say they are reliable, professional, and they do an excellent job. I would hire them again.

The owner Regina answered my inquiry immediately. The house, though vacant, had a lot of construction dust to clean up so it was labor intensive. Regina and her sister did a TERRIFIC job. They cleaned the house very thoroughly and made the house sparkle! They were both very personable, professional and hard-working. I highly recommend the Queen of Clean.

On my first try, based on reviews this was my first choice for a job. However, after two attempts to contact her, my messages weren't returned so I had to find another. I was very disappointed and MAY try again at a later date. I did try again, was very successful (was first try to close to holidays?) and loved the job that was done. The girls were on time, professional, thorough and friendly and will definitely use them again.

In a word: AWESOME!!! i have finally found a cleaning service that understands what the word clean means, and then some. Regina was responsive to my voicemail message, and she and her team arrived on time.. She did a quick walkthrough of my apartment to ascertain what was needed and got to work. I had to leave for the office shortly after they arrived, but when I got home - WOW!! It felt like I was walking into a whole new apartment! Everything was so clean and smelled fresh, not overwhelming. The thing is, I'm very particular about how I like things placed and Regina rearranged my kitchen in a way that MAKES SENSE to me!!! I don't feel the need to put things back the way they were because the way she put them is FANTASTIC!!! Regina and her team bring cleaning supplies I like and some that I use too. So much value for the price!! I'm a Queen of Clean convert and have scheduled regular cleanings.

I really wanted to work with Regina and her team, but unfortunatley she has not returned any of my calls or messages since the original contact. After leaving voicemails I receive text messages to sign up for some voicemail service so she can easily know who is leaving messages (some type of advertisement) so I have no idea if she knows I have even called, or maybe she is not interested in working for us at all.

They cleaned everything in meticulous detail. Even took the light fixture covers and chandelier parts down to clean. It was an amazing transformation

Regina and her helpers are amazing. She was easy to talk to, punctual and so professional and knowledgeable. She owns her own business and treats her staff well and with respect. That pride shines through in the quality of the work performed. There were a few areas that needed special attention and she took care of them perfectly. We will definitely call our Queen of Clean again.

ught The kitchen made me cry when they finished the grease that collected on the walls was gone the stove was spick and span the floor spotless the appliances shone ... it was wonderful Regina and I had had some miscommunication about the price, I live in a hoarder house and i am a senior with COPD etc. so i wanted the kitchen and one bathroom (small) done and i thought it was $300. Regina said it was $500 for both ....kitchen was $300 alone ... i got a discount of 50 and paid 250. ANYWAY Regina and her helper came in the afternoon when i had expected them in the morning (she called me,,,but our original was am because i cancelled an 11am meeting). It was too much to do kitchen and bathroom in one afternoon....and the kitchen was wonderful HOWEVER at some point i need cabinets and re-fridge cleaned, Regina said it wasn't perfect ,,,, but the difference in before and after made me weep . I REALLY Liked Regina and her service and I would call her again despite the things I felt were a miss.....Next time I would be clearer about what I wanted and the prices and times etc. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!!

Regina came herself with two others for a general housecleaning of medium sized house. She was able to accommodate us on very short notice. She is professional, very thorough, and charged a very fair price for the work done. After she left I realized she had even cleaned the inside of the fridge, which was very much appreciated. I will absolutely use her again in the future.
