Never experienced their service because I could not get a return call or email.

Regina and her team are careful, thorough, and absolutely professional. We feel lucky to have found this service and highly recommend it.

There was a LOT of work that needed to be done, and they did everything above my expectations. Very professional and courteous. I will absolutely be using her services again!

Was available last minute. She came with her team and made our 3bd 2ba house sparkle. My son got home from preschool and said 'what happened?'! Regina is a perfectionist. We hope to use her regularly in the future.

Hired Regina to do a semi - deep cleaning. I found her to be very personable and caring. Had a little trouble with intial communication but she had a few issues with her crew and their schedule. Regina and helpers (three ladies) got right to work and did a very good job. My only issue was that some items were put back in different areas (not a biggie). Would use her again definitely !!!

If you are on the fence about whether to hire Regina Hello, DO NOT EVEN HESITATE! Regina and her team are truly incredible. They are the best housekeepers we have ever had in our lives...hands down. My partner and I recently moved to LA and we were looking for a housekeeper as good as our previous one. The first time Regina came with her 2 co-workers, we were pleasantly surprised. Get this -- they cleaned my entire two bedroom, two bathroom apartment head-to-toe and it was spotless. And I'm not talking about your simple surface cleaning. She went above and beyond adding services that sets her apart from the competition. Included in her very affordable price was not only the basic cleaning that you'd imagine and expect, but also they cleaned my microwave, refrigerator, walls, chairs, polished the chrome, did my dishes, took out the trash, washed our rugs, washed our bedsheets (yes...washed...our...bedsheets!!!), and washed our linens. (I'm sure she did more but I can't think of it right now.) After the first time she came here (about two months ago) we immediately hired her for bi-monthly cleanings (which she was kind enough to give us a discount for.) She is the most affordable housekeeper you will find and Regina and her team do an incredible job. She is fair, honest, and hard working. In fact, she cleans our place when we're not even home because she is so trustworthy. Believe me when I say, you will not regret hiring her.

My wife and I were very pleased with the results. It took them 3 hours to complete the work of the 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. My bathrooms now look like they are completely new! I had even forgotten that the bathroom sink had gold accents on the knobs and drain plug lever. Regina and her 2 crew members cleaned the bathtub, showers, toilets, mirrors, floors and sinks. The results were excellent. They also took the time to clean the kitchen and dinning room tile floors. They didn't complain about anything and were very professional. I essentially left them to their work and periodically checking in on them to see if they needed anything.

The thing I like the most about them is their thinkers. Her whole team could make executive decisions. They did not have to stop constantly and ask questions. They made a decision and had things in place and that made sense. They were really good with the client as far as not make them feel like they had a house invasion. There were four people working nine hours. I found the price was reasonable because they cleaned from top to bottom. They did drapes and blinds.

Regina brought in 3 staffers to perform the work promptly at 8:30 am and estimated it would take about 3 hours to complete. That was an accurate estimate. The staffers scrubbed down all the kitchen appliances, cabinets, bathrooms including removing hard water residue, wiped off recessed light fixtures, cleaned all the venetian blinds, washer and dryer, vacuumed the rug, dusted off and cleaned the baseboards, etc. The place was ready to move in as we had hoped. The crew even pulled the refrigerator from the wall to clean underneath and behind it!

My house was in serious need of a deep clean. Regina, the owner, and a crew of two showed up promplty at 8:30 and spent 4 hours deep cleaning my house from top to bottom. It has never looked so clean. I will deffinitley use them again.

We've lived in our condo for about 3 years and had a baby about 9 months ago. Ever since the baby came home, it's been a challenge to find time to do much more than spot cleaning or quick sweeps and we were definitely overdue for a good cleaning. Regina and her crew showed up a few minutes early and got right to work with a deep clean. They were so professional, efficient, thorough, friendly and did a fantastic job! Our place hasn't looked this good since we first moved in. I am definitely hiring Regina again for reglar cleanings.

I love the service I received from Queen of Clean....how professional and polite they are to how they are on time. I have used other cleaning service and they DO NOT compare. I have a Bertazzoni stove from Italy that needs to be cleaned with careful hands and supplies. Regina did the walk through and had a vast amount of knowledge she knew exactly what to use for each appliance and stainless steel tops. We set a time to begin for a Thursday. They were 5 min early and came in and went straight to work. I was extremely pleased with the hardwood floors, bathrooms, and all of my stainless steel looked as it looked the first day I purchased it. I highly recommend this company and team of very kind young ladies. Thank u Regina and Janet for making my life easier and clean ;) I used them again today and was just as pleased .....

Regina is the best house cleaner I have ever had in the past 35 years. She is nice, efficient, and cleans it better than anyone else. She listens to my requests and her price is reasonable. She is just fabulous! I could not say enough positive things about her service. I recommend her services to anyone.

I have used this company many times. They are always competitively priced and deliver an outstanding service. There crews have been with them for many years, and the owner of this company insists on excellence. I have recommended them many times and everyone has been happy with there service.

Regina was hired because we tried to schedule this cleaning only 2 days in advance and she was the only one available. Regina is professional on the phone, and there were emphatic assurances that we would be happy. We were a little worried that she had only A and F ratings on this list, the F's for her being a no-show. That never happened to us. She always responded within several hours, if not sooner. However, her schedule does seem a bit crammed. She offered to come in at 7pm one night (not realistic to clean in darkness though), and ended up coming 7am on Saturday instead, though she herself would not be present. However, she assured us that her crew, headed by her sister, was very professional, etc. Much of the agreement about what would be done happened over text. She came in one day at 7am'ish to give an estimate. I tried to meet her there, but she had already blown through and left, telling the painter at the house that the job would be really easy. After all, she was used to hoarders. At the last minute, she agreed to also clean the garage floor for an additional fee. The total for our 4-BR house + garage was $415. Regina's crew showed up a little late (but texted to say so), and left around 3:30pm. While doing the walk through, I focused on the blinds and definitely found blinds that were still dirty in the master bathroom and kitchen, and it seemed like the family room wasn't dusted. Her sister (who did the walk through with us) apologized and agreed that the job hadn't been properly finished. She ended up coming back and putting in another 1.5 hours of work by herself. Even then, I still felt like they weren't as thorough as could be. They set a really high expectation, and I was really expecting there to be NO DUST anywhere. When I talked about it with my painter that I was a little disappointment, he hypothesized that maybe because she's used to hoarder houses, anything is a major improvement. When starting with a newly-painted, newly-finished house, the bar is much higher. At one point (before the walk through with her sister), Regina called herself and asked how things were, and I said things were great. I never gave her this feedback, though her sister Elaine knows they missed stuff. I rated Regina a B. She got 90% of the stuff, but I was expecting 100%, especially after her repeatedly assurances that we would be pleased. Part of the problem was that we conducted too much business by text. In retrospect, if I had scoped the problem more carefully and made it really clear that I cared about the wood floor dust more than anything else, her team might have focused on that and done a better job. Instead, the job ended up including too much, and everything wasn't done to a high standard. I also wonder whether the quality would have improved if she were at the house herself.

Regina and her crew arrived on time and began cleaning the entire house. She made sure to pay attention to every detail of my 2,500 square foot house. She also assured me that if anything was not to my liking that she welcomed constructive criticism and would fix it immediately. All of the women were pleasant and professional. I have never been happier with a housecleaning service as I am with the "Queen of Clean."

It is expensive. I will continue to use her.

In 45 years of having apartments and homes cleaned, I have never seen work that comes close to theirs!! We were totally amazed - they walked in and stripped the bed, washed the sheets and remade the bed, then laundered our towels and a slightly soiled shower curtain while they worked. Every movable object was moved and every surface was dusted, washed or otherwise cleaned -- no hidden dust bunnies came to light the next day! Regina actually got down on her hands and knees to scrub our textured Italian tile floor with lots of muscle and suds, then extracted the water and dried nearby surfaces. Dirt that had been building up despite regular professional cleaning by less dedicated people over 20 years suddenly disappeared. Windowsills, baseboards, etc. all got attention. Every object in the kitchen was cleaned, not just the countertop. These young women are artists! The items on my dresser and in the bathroom were all arranged in an attractive manner, rather than being shoved to one side to prove the surface was cleaned. Our hardwood floors looked like new when they were finished. We have four cats. They were more than willing to do the extra work that is needed to remove that pesky hair from the furniture. After all that, they only charged us $310 for the deep cleaning. We tried to pay Regina for the toll road, since they travelled from Pasadena and their charges were already VERY reasonable, but she refused -- said the travel expense was part of the cost of doing business. For the regular maintenance cleanings, she charges us $140 a visit. They have been back twice now and we feel that the house gets cleaner every time they come. My only problem is that we feel guilty. A Queen of Clean is charging us less than our local service did for a much less satisfactory job.

It went horrible. She never even showed up after making an appointment the week prior.

We just had our hardwood floors refinished and there was dust everywhere. Regina and her crew are great. She was able to accomodate a changing schedule. They showed up yesterday, we reviewed the list of what to do and then she quickly met with her team and they fanned out, wasting no time. The house just sparkles. Every surface shines, the bathrooms are squeaky clean, the pantry and laundry room shelves are clean and dustfree. The three hanging pendants over the counter are gleaming. Regina knows how to take them apart and then most importantly, put them back together. All the stainless steel in the kitchen is fingerprint and smudge free (don't know for how long) and everything shines. All three are personable and good workers. I am very pleased and will use them again.

They clean everything. They are very honest, very reliable and pleasant. They offer weekly cleaning, bi-weekly cleaning and spring cleaning, one-time cleanup and just about everything. I like their professionalism. When they leave my house, it is immaculate. They do it every time and it is not like the first time to impress me. They are very responsive; if I want something extra done or something that has not been done to my liking, they will come back and take care of it. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.
