Hello Clean

Description of Work: My house was cleaned. Overall cleaning was satisfactory, however the floors were still dirty after the cleaners left. A mop was not used to clean the floors - the floors were sprayed with a solution and wiped with a Swiffer type cloth I believe. In addition, there was a miscommunication regarding the service cost. All in all, I would not use this service again.

Description of Work: They cleaned the ground floor of our two story house. Less than 24 hours notice to set up the appointment. They were pleasant, efficient and did a great job with a basic "spring cleaning" type of assignment. We will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: One person came to the house told me she would come but never showed up and when I tried to call and I did call and call they would hang up on me. I had a terrible experience. They were evading my phone calls.

Description of Work: Regina and her crew were right on time for a deep cleaning of my townhouse. They went right to work and continued until the job was finished. My home looked better than it has in years! I will definitely call her again and will recommend her highly.

Description of Work: I checked Angie's List for housecleaners, read the reports and called Regina. She answered promptly and we set up a time for her to come to the house and set a price. She came by, inspected the house and then we set a date. Regina and her two assistants arrived right on time and got to work, quickly and quietly. The house really looks great and more importantly, my hard to please 88 year old mother, really liked them and the work they did. They vacuumed, dusted, cleaned all rooms, changed the beds, washed the linens. They bring all their own products. I am very particular about what kind of products are used on what surfaces, and they had it all and knew the appropriate products for each surface. I'm very satisfied with their work and will use them again.
