This is the second time we have used this company and we are extremely happy with how everything turned out. They demolished the existing interior and most of the exterior, down to the bare studs. Paul Lyttle came up with most of the designs and had constant suggestions for every aspect of our project. Even though we have done this before, there are so many decisions to be made every day, we found Paul's advice immensely helpful. His crew were always on time, they always cleaned up every day, and we actually enjoyed having them here (surprisingly). The quality of workmanship was very high. This is why we chose Regal Concepts in the first place; they custom build almost everything. We had a few strange sizes to deal with and they were able to just build it to fit. We had a very old kitchen (before 1970's), now we have beautiful cherry cabinetry with granite counter tops. They got the project done on time, and on budget, but most important for us is the quality of workmanship. We love our home and highly recommend Paul to all of our friends.

We had a great experience! This was our first time remodeling and were not sure what to expect. Our friends referred Paul to us, and we actually saw previous work that they did. Even so, we were still nervous. Paul met with us and explained all of the different phases of the project. We told him what we liked and did not like, somehow he came back with a design that we fell in love with. We played around with the color of the cabinets for a while, and Paul was very patient and helpful. Once we decided on that, we picked our granite and floor tile. Paul custom builds all the cabinets, which makes us proud that our kitchen and bathrooms are completely unique. We found this quite amazing, as we had some problem areas. Paul and his team were able to build cabinets to fit, and the end result was just so much better than we had hoped for! His crew was always on time, very respectful of our home and neighbours, and they cleaned up each and every day. The communication between Paul and us was always great. He responded to all of our e-mails quickly via blackberry, and was always accessible to take a phone call. There were change orders which we decided upon, since the kitchen and bathrooms looked so good, at the end it made some of the other areas of the house look not so good. Paul was able to complete all of these quickly. With the exception of these add-ons, which we requested, there were no surprise charges. We are very happy with our new kitchen and bathrooms and can honestly say we would not change anything about them.

They were outstanding, as always. Paul (Regal's Owner and #1 Woodworker) showed up when he said he would and got the job done quickly. I really appreciate a company that stands behind its work. My wife and I continue to recommend Regal Concept & Design to everyone we hear is thinking about doing a remodel.

WE ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH OUR HOME AND THE SERVICE PROVIDED. THE WORKERS WHERE ALWAYS ON TIME, THE SUB CONTRACTORS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, THE HOUSE WAS ALWAYS LEFT CLEAN AND VERY ORDERLY AT THE END OF THE DAY. THE PROJECT WAS HELD UP A FEW TIMES BECAUSE OF CITY INSPECTORS NOT SHOWNING UP, PAUL AND HIS CREW CAME IN ON THE WEEKEND TO KEEP ON SCHEDULE. WE ADDED A LOT OF CHANGE ORDERS AND THEY WERE COMPLETED WITHIN THE ORIGINAL TIMELINE. THE COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT WE ALWAYS KNOW WHAT WAS HAPPENING. THE CREW WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND FUN TO BE AROUND (WE ACTUALLY MISS THEM BEING THERE, ALTHOUGH WE ARE VERY GLAD TO BE BACK IN OUR HOME) PAUL THE OWNER WAS VERY HELPFULL WITH CRITICAL DESIGN DECISIONS, ESPECIALLY IN THE KITCHEN. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING AND RECOMMEND REGAL CONCEPTS AND DESIGNS TO ALL OUR FRIENDS. THE FINISHED HOME WAS MORE THAN WE HAD ENVISIONED THE KITCHEN IS SPECTULAR, WE ARE VERY HAPPY.

PAUL AND HIS ENTIRE TEAM OF EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS WERE ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, AND EXCELLENT CRAFTSMEN. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES EACH DAY; OBVIOUSLY TOOK GREAT PRIDE IN ALL THEY DID. HAD ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS WITH CHANGE ORDERS (AND WE GAVE THEM A LOT AS WE GOT INTO THE REMODEL). WE HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO MANY PEOPLE AND NO ONE HAS EVER BEEN DISSATISFIED. PAUL'S BID WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE...SO LOW, IN FACT, THAT I THOUGHT WE WERE BEING SCAMMED. PAUL LYTTLE, THE OWNER, RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY TO PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS.
