I called him, discussed what I wanted to have done. I said I had a coupon from Angie's list and he immediately honored the price. He told me that there might be an additional charge of $20.00 if our tubing from the wall to the dryer had to be replaced. When he got here he not only told us that the tubing had to be replaced but showed us what was wrong that necessitated the replacement. The job was done on time and perfectly. A job very well done!!!

This was my best dryer vent cleaning experience, and perhaps one of the best service providers who has worked at my home. Mike has a high standard of excellence, which I really admire. My dryer had failed due to overheating, and I thought part of this was due to my vent being blocked. I had had the dryer repaired on Monday and Mike came to clean the vent on Tuesday. I didn't run the dryer until after Mike cleaned the vent. Mike came out and cleaned my vent, working from the 2nd floor. He left everything neat and clean. I did laundry the next day, Wednesday, and my dryer failed again! I didn't know if this was from the vent still being blocked or from a bad repair on my dryer. I called Mike and he came out again to re-check the vent. He went up into my attic, located the vent, and opened it to get a view of whether the vent was clear. What he found was shocking. A previous company who had cleaned my vent had left a broken-off brush in the vent which was covered in lint and blocking the vent at the very top. Only because Mike took the extra time and effort to go into the attic did he find this. I know the brush had been in my vent a long time and was not one of Mike's because of how covered with lint it was. He also showed me how the brush had a small diameter shaft which allowed it to break. Mike showed me his brushes which have a larger diameter shaft that makes them stronger. The best part was after this thorough vent cleaning I had my dryer repairman out again to fix the thermal fuse he had replaced a few days before. Then I was back to doing laundry. My dryer has never performed better. I will have Mike come to my home annually to clean my dryer vent. What a great service professional!

These guys are super awesome - I picked them because they had high ratings & was completely satisfied. Everyone should use NuFlo to improve the efficiency of their air & ducts i.e.: the dryer duct so you don't spend so much $ on SCE. Dryer runs noticeably faster. Technician was enthusiastic about getting out all of the lint using special nozzles - the right tool for the job was NuFlo.

Michael called 15 mins. before arrival. My time was scheduled from 1 to 3. He arrived at 1. He vacuumed and cleaned behind the dryer. He explained that shortening the flexible tubing behind my dryer would open things up. The crumpled tubing was blocking air flow. He spent over an hour cleaning the vent. He removed the screen placed on my outdoor vent opening. When the dryer operated the screen blocked the vent from opening completely. He left my laundry floor clean. I was very pleased with his service and will use Nuflo again and recommend Nuflo to my friends.

New dryer wouldn't dry clothes. Dryer repair man said it wasn't machine but the dryer vent that was causing the problem. Called Nuflo after reading Angies report. Appointment was set right away. The owner came and cleaned out the dryer vent which vents into an interior wall and goes up onto the roof and out. Even though I had run the vacuum cleaner hose up the vent, He was able to get a lot more accumulated lint and clogs out of the vent. He made sure the vent was clear all the way up to the roof and was clear at the vent cap on the roof and cleaned up the lint from behind the dryer. Moved dryer back in place. Owner was likeably guy, clean and efficient. Great experience.

Jamie took my information and found an appointment for me right away. In fact, there happened to be a cancellation and she slotted ne in. Service guy was here next day, on time and explained everything he was doing. No upsell or add'l charges.

NuFlo did a great job. Our dryer would not get hot sue to the blocked dryer vent, but after NuFlow cleaned out the vent, the dryer works perfectly. Great job.

Mike was very thorough in the job performed and was there for maybe an hour. He explained the entire procedure, what he recommended, and also explained how I probably would not have to have the procedure done for many years because of how short the dryer duct was. That was a very honest answer which tells me he watches out for the customer. Nu Flo is a company I would recommend to anyone.

very professional, quick and effective. He even found a birds nest inside my air duct from the outside. I was only surprised that he didn't clean out the internal parts of the dryer too. He brought all his equipment, hauled them upstairs where my dryer and quickly took care of the issue. Now that I dont have a birds nest in my dryer duct the dryer is working perfectly and dries in no time at all.

We have a very odd dryer vent that has many twists and turns from the laundry room to the exterior of our home. Because of this, we must clean out the vent about every 6 months, and it always is a mess when the technician performs the work. Nuflo was on time, very courteous and did a fantastic job. Some we have used in the past left fluff in the plants under the vent but not Nuflo. I appreciate how they cleaned up the dryer vent mess very thoroughly when the work was finished. We will use them again.

Mike showed up on time and did an outstanding job. My ducts had 2-3 turns and a separation that took an extra 1.5 hours to fix and he only charge me $20 over his base fee. I would highly recommend him.

Mike (the owner) came out to service us. He was very punctual, specific and professional. The whole procedure was about an hour. He left the area very clean. In fact cleaner than it had been before his visit! His personality and attitude put us at ease as to the work done and also, having a stranger on our property. We would call him again and have taken his business card to give to our neighbors

Mike has been out and has been great. The people on the phone were knowledgable and courteous. Overall, they have been great. There is nothing more I would have wanted from them and will be using them again.
