Nuflo Dryer Vent Cleaning

It went very well, the man was very nice and professional. Best of all my dryer is like a new appliance. It dries so much faster!

Scheduling was perfect. He was very prompt, there when he was supposed to and did what he supposed to do.

This is the second time I used Nuflo. I don't remember the date or the charge, but I remember that he hardly charged me anything since it was such a simple fix. He was very personable and wonderful to work with. Both times I have used Nuflo I've been very happy.

The quality was good. I had no problem. I wasn’t there when they did the work, but my dryer works much better now! I felt the price was fair. The guy I talked to on the phone was super nice and responsive. I’d recommend them.

Michael called about 50 minutes before our appointed time to say that he was on his way. He arrived a few minutes earlier than our appointed time. He showed me the dryer coil which was bent resulting in the reduced/non-existent air flow. The lint had accumulated at the point of the kink in the coil out to the end. Michael had his big vacuum machine clean the whole dryer area (inside and outside). He replaced the coil (normally he charges $20) which he threw in for free because the dryer needed a short (1 1/2 ft.) replacement. Michael moved the dryer out a couple of inches from where it was, and he thought that the dryer's close proximity to the wall caused the kink in the coil. He said that the coil is made out of a substance that endures contraction and expansion from the heat, however is easy to lose it's shape with a little bit of pressure which he showed me. Overall, Michael was very pleasant and he did the job in about 35 minutes. He also cleaned up behind and around the dryer/washing machine area.

The technician spent a lot of time working from the inside as well as the outside to remove all the build up of lint. He mentioned that it was important to make sure that the places where the vent was at a 90 degree angle were thoroughly cleaned, which apparently hadn't been done by the last company I hired. I was relieved to know it was now safer to use my dryer, and will definitely use Nuflo again!

Mike was great. He did what was needed and explained to me what the problem was, as well as gave me advice about how to avoid issues with my dryer vent in the future. Really professional.

He took his time and explained everything to me. Great customer service! The price was about as good as I could find but it sill seems like a lot. He spent about 30 min here if I remember correctly. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

It did not take him long to do the work. He said there was an area where rats could get into and clog the vents. He did not need to do this but he tried to find materials to fix it. He said he did not have the right materials to repair it and told me exactly what to get from the hardware store. I think he went above and beyond. Micheal was extremely good and his service was excellent. He was very personable, informative, and punctual. I would definitely use his services again.

It was wonderful. They came out very timely. They showed me everything they did and how much they took out of the vent. He didn’t have to but he even opened up a part in the dryer and cleaned that out for me too. I thought the price was very fair.

Michael called when he was on his way and arrived early for the appointment. Our dryer is on the second floor and vents 15 feet to the roof. He took pictures of all the lint removed and I was not surprised since I had not had the vent cleaned in 15 years. He took the time to explain how the lint builds up over time and recommended a cleaning every other year. I was pleased with his professionalism. Nice job

They guys were great! My wife and I just bought an older house and were concerned about the status of the dryer vent. When you are buying a home you never really know how bad things are in the vent. I am glad we used these guys because the vent had a lot of sharp angles where lent got trapped. They cleaned it out quickly and restored our confidence that the house is not going to catch on fire because of the vents. In addition, he gave me some additional information on what to do to help prevent lint build up. Some of these business in the dryer vent world have a number of bait and switch tactics. These guys wer very professional. If you just moved and are concerned about the vent I highly recommend using them.

The contractors putting in my new hardwood floors informed me that my dryer vent was in need of service. I called NuFlo and was able to get an appointment within a few days of call. Michael arrived on time. He assessed the situation immediately and determined that the vent had become disconnected in the wall. He had to break into the drywall to reconnect the vent. He then cleaned out the vent completely. Michael was very professional and pleasant. I would definitely use this company again.

The Contractor was on time and completed the work in a workmanlike and diligent manner. The dryer venting reached from very nearly the back of the dryer to an exterior wall approximately 14 feet away. It was very clear from the workmanship that the Contractor understood building code requirements. If there is one item the Contractor could improve on, it would be to more accurately plot the final path of the duct on a first try. Patching was required at the interior drywall and exterior wall when it was clear that an attempted exterior wall penetration would not be feasible. Another exterior wall penetration was required to finalize the vent path.Also, the outside vent cover was not completely screwed into the exterior wall siding. The outside vent cover required pilot holes and re-installation of the screws holding it in place.

It was fabulous, a thousand percent happy, really great. The time frame was reasonable. I kept waiting to be up sold, cause most of the Angie's List members that come in on a promo have some kind of up sell deal that they try. This guy was just one and only that didn't do that, it was wonderful, really great and I was really happy. The guy was fabulous, answered all my questions, gave me demo, let me try it. I'd be happy for other people to hear that.

He was prompt and helpful. My dryer finishes much quicker now and he explained future maintenance.
