Nuflo Dryer Vent Cleaning

I would highly recommend Nuflo for any dryer venting issue. I had another service provider clean the dryer venting system in a rental house in Ladera Ranch. The tenants still had problems with the new dryer shutting off. Sears came out 3 times to repair the dryer. I had the venting through the roof checked and everything looked OK. I researched Angie's List and found the good comments on Nuflo and in particular on Michael the owner. After talking to him about possible problems & solutions, I asked him to come out personally and diagnose the issue. He came and found a difficult 90 degree bend and was able to clean out the obstruction. The tenants and myself are very relieved that everything works perfectly now. Great knowledge & service with reasonable pricing. Use this company. I will for any future cleaning & servicing.

Michael did a great job. Our dryer vent is long with angles and is not easy to clean. Michael took his time and cleaned the vent thoroughly. I was amazed at how much gunk came out of it. He was very patient and kept cleaning until there was good airflow where it vents to the outside. Michael also called before he came over giving us a 20 minute window. His price was more than reasonable for the work performed.

Everything went very well from start to finish. The owner, Michael, came out to do the work himself. He came on a Saturday, which was really helpful. He was friendly and informative over the phone when I called to get an estimate, and he was equally impressive in person. He was able to clear a lot of debris out of the vent (including a bird's nest) and the dryer seems to be operating more efficiently now. They had powerful, state of the art equipment. It took about 45 minutes. It was easier because I didn't have a dryer in place at the time. He was a very nice young man who was well dressed and prompt. I would recommend the company to a friend or family member.

We contacted them by phone, and they coordinated the service with our tenants and billed us for the service. Very professional in all regards, and prompt - at a reasonable price. The service was GREAT! Making an appointment was easy. The tech showed up on time and was courteous. 24 feet of pipe including a portion at a 90 degree angle was impacted with lint accumulated over years. The dryer wouldn't even dry anymore. Nuflo completely cleared the duct within an hour. Now the clothes dry quickly. Yeah I'm happy.

The dryer vent from the dryer to outside was completely clogges with lint. My dryer barely wrong. The service person ran a line to pull out the lint. My dryer works like new.

Michael called a short time ahead of schedule, as promised, for a final appointment confirmation, then arrived at my place precisely on time. He examined my dryer situation, explained carefully the work he was about to perform, and got right to work. I was perfectly comfortable having him in my house. A short time later he showed me the amount of lint and obstruction he'd been able to pull out of my vent pipe. It wasn't an astonishing amount (far less than some of the photos he has on his smartphone), particularly considering that pipe hadn't been cleaned in the 20 year history of the home. I liked that he didn't try to impress on me how he'd saved me from a catastrophe with his incredible lint removing skill. Rather, he just got the job done. Before leaving, he cleaned up, and showed me how he'd repositioned my dryer slightly for better exhaust performance, recommending that I try to keep it in the new spot. I've done so. Michael also went over with me some information on the design of the vent cap installed on my roof, and some things I might do to keep the whole system clear and performing optimally. He wouldn't leave until I'd assured him all my questions had been answered and that he'd met my expectations. I don't think anybody likes spending a bunch of precious cash on a stupid lint removal. I'd just like to say that Michael took a lot of the sting out of the expenditure, and now that it is done, I'm glad I called on him. Our dryer is really getting clothes dry in a shorter time and the family is happy.

Then they came out to the house and dealt with it when we were ready. My wife was there and she didn’t have any problems. It was all positive. We have a particularly difficult duct and there are some bends in it, but they did a good job handling it.

The service turned out pretty good. They were on time, and they took care of it pretty quickly. This was the first time I had used them. I would recommend them because of their expeditiousness, timing, professionalism, and they cleaned up after themselves.

The service was fantastic. He called within 30 minutes when I bought the deal. Then, we set a date. He called me that morning and said if he can come early. It was amazing because I was not used to that because mostly people will tell you if they can come later. He was so nice. He did everything he said he would. It was fantastic. I purchased the coupon November 13, 2013 and he did the job the following week. He was very efficient and did not waste time. He cleaned up after himself. I had that laundry room built in 1997 and I had never cleaned the vent and it is a 20 foot vent in my garage.
