Description of Work: Michael came out on schedule, and was friendly and polite. The work was a lot more than he'd anticipated, as we didn't realize the dryer vent, which we'd bypassed a few years ago, was still filled with about 18 gallons of old, rancid water. Before he tackled that, Michael told us it would be an added charge, and we were fine with that. He did much more work than he'd thought he'd need to do, but stuck with the revised price. He did a fantastic job restoring the original vent!

Description of Work: Michael from NuFlo had confirmed our appointment scheduled for 5/7/2013 between 4:00 and 6:00 PM. Michael called 30 minutes prior to the appointment and confirmed once again he would be on time. Michael arrived at 4:00, explained in detail what he was going to do and proceeded to clean the dryer vent. The entire process took approximately 50 minutes. Michael then cleaned up the laundry room from his activity and let us know if we have problems to give him a call. I highly recommend this NuFlo as Michael is the owner and is hands on. Highly professional and easy to work with. I will use them again.
