I am very happy with her service. I was able to let her clean while I was not working. I was able to leave a check for her. When I returned, everything was. I've hired her about 3 times.

They were awesome. They worked for nearly 5 hours without so much as a break. I watched them work and inspected their work--and was hugely impressed. They showed great pride in the quality of their work and were clearly committed to doing an outstanding job. I was VERY pleased with the result and with the price, which I thought was very fair.

Frighteningly efficient, but friendly and honest. I'll keep it fast, in keeping with the speed with which Laura does business. She made our home shine. Easy to schedule; arrived on time; did what I asked for; did it well. They came in a crew of 3, cleaned in places that I didn't even think about cleaning. Courteous and diligent, Laura has quickly earned my trust & loyalty. She immediately made me feel comfortable and her friendliness made her very approachable when it came to specific requests. Our home was cluttered and messy after moving in a couple weeks ago, so needless to say, the cleaning that needed to be done was extensive! However, Laura and her crew made it shine! Laura, and her team did an excellent job of general house cleaning. I could tell the differnece once I opened the door. I would recommend her to a friend.

Laura is awesome! She did a great job of cleaning my house. She is extremely flexible and works around my busy schedule. I found her a hundred times better than my last cleaning lady. She is extremely thorough and pays attention to every detail. I was a little concerned given the high end materials in my house, but had no problems. I have used her twice now and she is now my new cleaning lady.

They came, they cleaned. Significant language barrier. They had limited experience with natural stone surfaces.

I initially hired Laura to do a deep clean of my house when we first purchased it. The place was really dusty after some minor renovation work. Laura came at 8pm with her daughter ( her translator) to give me a quote. Her price was very reasonable and since she came so highly recommended on Angie's List, I decided to give her a try. Laura and her team of 4 helpers came and worked non- stop for 5 hours! I was very impressed by how well she took instructions and the great care she took with my things. After that first experience, I decided to hire her to clean my house every alternate week. She comes with one helper, usually the same one, and they would clean my house for 3 hours. I usually walk through the rooms after they are done to make sure that they have done a good job. Very seldom, I would come across something that needs to be cleaned again or done better. Once I point it out to Laura, she would immediately rectify it and would take care to clean that spot more carefully the next time. A+ for her attitude and A+ for her work ethic!

I am continuing to use her service for bi-weekly cleaning. I am very satisfied.

She was good and very complete. She did everything that I asked her to do.

When I first called I needed an emergency cleaning - relatives were coming! Laura showed up with a full team and despite very short notice did a wonderful job of cleaning everything. Of course the first cleaning is a little more involved and costs a little more - but after the first one she cleans our 1850 ft2 house for $90 per bi-weekly visit. After two months - I can tell instantly when she has been there because the house smells clean the momemt I walk in! What a relief. Thanks Laura!

My house was a disaster. The last cleaning crew had left more than a month before and had done a poor job to begin with. My son was getting married and we had a guest staying with us for a week or so. Laura and her friend came in and cleaned it top to bottom with no fuss. Because of the good work she does, I have hired her to come every other week and clean my home, she is really wonderful.

Laura and her associate did a great job cleaning our ~2000 sq. foot home. For the 1st cleaning, they spent about 7 hours cleaning our house. They now clean our house bimonthly and spend about 4-5 hours. Even though Laura's English skills are limited, we are able to communicate. They do a very thorough job, and we are very satisfied with the quality of their work.

I have used a different cleaning service for the last 2 years and have become less and less satisfied with them. I didn't realize how unsatisfactory the job they were performing was until Laura cleaned my home. I am very particular and want attention to details, and Laura did not disappoint! In fact, she cleaned beyond my expectations.

Laura has years of experience cleaning houses for an agency. She was cleaning the house of a neighbor and I asked her if she would clean my house on her own. I have encouraged her to find more clients of her own so that she could keep the money she earns, instead of giving the majority of it to an agency. Laura speaks very little English, but can take a message and have an English-speaking family member return your call promptly.
