After literally, suffering and going through several poorly trained, thieving, gum snapping house cleaners, I was so happy when I found Laura House Cleaning. Laura and her crew have been cleaning my home for years. I can’t say enough about how professional Laura and her girls cleans my home. They are very through, efficient, conscious and careful with my personal treasures. Laura’s girls come prepared to work and begin immediately. They are always pleasant and cheerful. They almost do deep cleaning each time they come. (I do not have them clean the inside of the refrigerator or garage.) They do an excellent job and it is noticeable to everyone when they leave. Laura also, will check on her girls periodically to see how well they are working, if she does not come herself to do the job. I would highly recommend Laura House Cleaning.

First cleaning before move in was decent, but not great. Most of the areas were cleaned, but many details were missing. Not a huge deal. The price was good. Also, I didn't leave money with the contractor by accident and they were not so aggressive about getting it right away. Made a second appointment for after we moved in. When it came the day for the appointment, no show. I texted and tried calling multiple times, but no answer. Then later, I get a message that they were not able to make it for some reason and wanted to reschedule. I already waited for 4 hours. I believe the daughter answers for the business via her cell phone. Very friendly, but I would prefer more business responsiveness. It's just my preference. At the same time, due to some busy schedule, I forgot to pay them via paypal. The daughter was nice enough to come by and pick up the money. This part, I was in error. They didn't charge me additional fees or give me any nasty phone calls. This is very mom-and-pop so you get the friendliness that way, but if you need strict schedules, this may not work.

It went okay. They were here a week after the purchase date. The deal was an A. They could have had better quality to the cleaning.

I've used this company before but was disappointed with the quality of work this time. Three cleaners showed up so the should have worked for two hours but left 15 to 20 minutes early. Also after closer inspection of the work I found blinds were not dusted as well as several areas like behind the TV's.

They are average. Their work isn't bad but, it's not excellent. I am currently using them for my house cleaning. It's been about a month since they came out because I was out of town. They called and cancelled at the last minute too. They are here for an hour and a half and still charge the $85. Their price is moderate, it's not the lowest, but they're not the highest. Their work is average. They have been late several times, one time they called and cancelled at the last minute. I am using them right now.

Everything was fine. I purchased the deal expecting to get one person for three hours and I got here and it ended up being two people for only an hour-and-a-half. They did probably a better-than-average-job cleaning than some of the people that I’ve had before but not quite as good as I would like.

Very professional, worked hard and worked well as a team. Vacuumed, cleaned the kitchen well, dusted, etc.

It turned out just fine. They did a good job. Sometimes, cleaners don't clean the way you want. But, they did a good job. I would use them again. They did call right away.

They basically sent two people and it was a husband and wife and the husband did not know what he was doing and the woman was the only one that knew what to do. There have been many times that they have not came with the proper equipment and if you ask them questions about how you clean different types of floors and this and that, it is hilarious to hear the answers that they have to give. I will not use them in the future. It has been very frustrating as I told them ahead of time what needed to be done and it did not happen.

It went well. Two people arrived on time, they were very professional. Brought all supplies and equipment. They were efficient and fast, cleaning everything from top to bottom.

Showed up late, after missing one appointment the previous week and then not responding- I think they are nice people but overwhelmed by the amount of clients that bought the service

They showed up 20 minutes late but they made up for it by staying almost 40 mins over. Overall they did a great job. Responsiveness to set appointment was quick too.

They did a good job but scheduling was very difficult. They were also late more than 2 hours. We would use them again provided that they can be more punctual.

It was amazing. They had a quick turnaround, very reasonably priced, and flexible schedule. The team showed up on time, worked quickly and was very polite! Couldn't recommend them more.

Could not get our schedules to match up. I scheduled a Friday and they canceled 9 min before do to distance from her last clean. She did offer to come the next day but that didn't work for me.

Laura was quick to respond and extremely detailed.

I purchased the deal of two people to complete three hours (total of six hours) of house cleaning. Laura's crew arrived on time with all of their own supplies. They were well mannered and polite. I showed them what I wanted done and they worked so hard the entire time. They went above and beyond my expectations! They cleaned my kitchen, living room, stairs, two baths, blinds, a bedroom, and my hardwood floors all within the time frame. They were neat, clean, quiet, and extremely diligent and careful! They also were able to fit me into their schedule right away. I cannot say enough about their service! i highly recommend them!

They were a great team, they were really wonderful and friendly, and got everything done that I needed to. They went above and beyond!

I have used her for years. I really like her. They do really nice work. They also cleaned underneath the bed and sofa. She brings 1 or 2 workers with her. I try not to stay inside the house and just leave it up to Laura because I feel like I am in their way. I have never had a problem with them stealing and that is why I like them . They try to be as through as possible which I like. They pick up everything and dust it. They are very reasonable considering the amount of work and the time they spend here. She is very responsive and professional. She calls and lets me know if she is going to be late.

I signed up for the service on Jan 24 and never heard from the company. I had to find someone else to do the job.

Laura's husband and Teresa came to clean--I had never used their service before. They were punctual, brought all supplies, got right to work and never took a break. They worked very diligently and methodically. Teresa would ask periodically if her work was okay--she really aims to please. They were very thorough and pleasant. Their work was absolutely excellent--the condo sparkled when they were finished . I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

I've used Laura for over 3 years and have been very pleased with her on all levels. In terms of the quality of her cleaning, she does a fantastic job and I have very high standards. If you would like her to do something differently or improve in an area, just let her know as she's very open to incorporating your feedback. Additionally, she is very professional and pleasant. The only down side is that sometimes our communication is challenged since her English is limited and my Spainish is almost none existent. But she involves her children to translate for important communications. I consider this not a big deal as she totally understands my cleaning instructions. Last thing to note is how trustworthy she is as I've let her to close up my house on numerous occaisions when I cannot stay while she cleans. I cannot say enough good things about her. I highly recommend her.
