Description of Work: I purchased a new furnace from Alicia Air 6 years ago. I was very satisfied with the company and with the furnace performance. When my old central air conditioner failed I called Alicia Air again and purchased a new air conditioner. I am very pleased with that purchase. |The reason I will call them again is due to their honesty and reliability. In both cases the sales representative came to my home to evaluate my needs and to make recommendations based on the size of my house and my climate preferences. The representative presented at least 3 different choices and price ranges. He completely explained the product differences, the features, advantages, and benefits. I was never pressured to "buy today" or to buy the most expensive. I have made Alicia Air my first choice in heating and air conditioning because of their approach and excellent follow-up service. Thank you.

Description of Work: Alicia originally replace our forced air and air conditioning units a few years ago. They did a wonderful job, and they are our go-to for thermostats (which they also replaced) and we buy our 4" furnace filters from them also. They have done a couple check ups also. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our HVAC needs.

Description of Work: Changed A/C unit (compressor) and furnace from a 20+ year old house. My compressor had broken down just before summer time, I look at 3 other vendors/providers, but the ones that offer the best price and work options was Alicia Air. They even added an extra intake in my top floor to improve air circulation and also suggested (with proof and knowledge in the domain) the right unit size for a home the size of mine.
