Specialty Design Coatings did an amazing job staining my driveway as well as sealing my Flagstone backyard. The coloring is magnificent and the yard looks brand new again. Kaveh, has a very good knowledge of the concrete and how to make old, cracked concrete look like brand new. He communicates with you throughout the process and is very responsive and listens to your issues of concern.

I needed a driveway replaced that was in very poor condition. I left messages with several concrete contractors through Angie, and the only response I received was from Kaveh of Specialty Design Coatings. He came to my home within one hour of the phone call, gave me a very reasonable estimate for the job, and then gave me time to think about it. I decided to go with him, and it was a great choice. Kaveh and his crew worked diligently to complete the job on time, in spite of some questionable weather. He was always there to answer my questions, allay my fears, and make sure that what was promised in the contract was completed professionally and quickly. Kaveh and Antonio show up everyday at my project early on time and work all day long to the evening, very diligent! They explained every detail of the work to me and really did a great job!

Kaveh and his crew had done a polished concrete floor in our kitchen and we asked him about our backyard. While a complete demo and repour was out of our budget, Kaveh suggested a face lift by fixing cracks, painting over so cracks would not show, and fixing bricks. For a reasonable price they totally freshened up our back and side yard and made a tired looking outdoor area bright and vibrant. Kaveh is dedicated to make sure customers are pleased with the end product and showed up several times to make sure we were happy and the work was up to his standards.

Kaveh and his crew did a beautiful job repairing, overlay and color coating on our very large patio area, as well as two outdoor countertops. The colors and finished product are amazing. In addition, there was stucco, brick and and other patio repairs which were desperately needed. These repairs were added to the contract and would have been very costly had we done them separately. We couldn't be happier with the end results! The outside of the house now has fresh stucco, paint, pavement and repairs, sealed up and ready to party! Oscar and the crew were very respectful, pleasant, showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. The kept me informed on a daily basis and it was a pleasure interacting with them. I highly recommend Kaveh, Oscar and the guys and if I need anything further, would not hesitate to contact Kaveh.

Specialty Design did an amazing job. The owner checked in with us religiously and checked on his crew's work to make sure everything was perfect. The crew was hard working and showed up every day on time. They were pleasant to deal with and made the project a pleasure. The end product was amazing. They transformed a dirty old tile floor into a polish concrete floor in the kitchen that transformed the whole room. They also refinished our kitchen cabinets which added to the effect of the room. I highly recommend them and am very pleased with the finished product.

We are so very pleased with Specialty Design Coatings! Finding them with a 5-star rating turned out to be completely true. From the owner, Kaveh's first visit to give us a quote, to the completion of our garage floor and the refinishing of our driveway and walkways, his crew was on time each day. They were friendly, courteous and most of all very professional with the work. Best of all, they helped us with deciding how to best make everything look like new. We really want to thank Oscar, the Project Manager, and his crew for such a fantastic job. As other reviews will indicate, Specialty Design Coatings aren't the cheapest but they are also not the most expensive. We were pleased with a very reasonable price for all the great work they did for us.
