Recently hired Specialty Design Coatings to repair the decorative overlay on my concrete deck around my pool. Kaveh responded rapidly upon me asking for a quote. Kaveh and his crew showed up on time and went right to work. They finished the job in the time they estimated and at a very fair price. The repair work and re-coating which they did is excellent and above expectations. I would highly recommend Specialty Design Coatings (Kaveh is the owner)!!!!! Great service and very professional

We really liked the cabinets we had, however, the finish on them was failing. After researching to find someone who could strip, stain, and refinish with a protective clear coat we sign a contact with Kevah and his company, the company is Specialty Design Coatings. The finish results were beautiful. Antonio and Leovardo who were the 2 main guys on the job site daily are very meticulous in there profession. With stain wood, sometime it is difficult to make each piece match in color. If a panel did not make the rest of the cabinet, they would redo it till it did. When we had any concerns, they were address and handle to our satisfaction . The company and those who worked for them exude integrity.

Kaveh, the owner, and his crew were so great at showing up on time and keeping me informed every day of what they were going to do, that day and if I was liking it. My new terra-cotta Flagstone front, side yard, and back patio look amazing. I also have a new drain at a low place that had been puddling for 20+ years and they took out an old rusty shed and repainted the wall behind it so they can do it all. Highly recommend.

Kaveh and his guys Max and Hector did an excellent job restoring the driveway and backyard concrete, and fixing, patching and painting the broken retaining walls. Kaveh, who is the owner of the company, was on the job site almost every day to check on the progress and make sure I was happy. Max and Hector are not only highly skilled and diligent but also try to finish the work as if it were their house - this is the part that I liked the most, that they took ownership of the work. I was highly doubtful about the perfect 5 star reviews at the beginning but now I know why, and I would totally recommend Kaveh and his guys to anyone who's looking to increase the value of their house or business.

What an amazing company. Kaveh and his team were wonderful to work with. Kaveh was very present throughout the whole process and checking in to make sure I was happy with the work. It was nice that there was always someone on the job who spoke English, it made communication so much easier. The work was excellent and the cost reasonable. The company exceeded our expectations. They stained all our cabinets and banisters, painted inside of home, epoxied garage floor, stained driveway, repaired misc. Kaveh was reliable, friendly, fair and honest. This company works hard and gets the job done right.

WHAT A SURPRISE!!! Someone in the Construction business actually did what they said they were going to do, on time, and within budget â absolute miracle. I know that this is a complete anomaly - because my brother is a General Contractor and has nothing but headaches keeping qualified people employed in his trade. It is very difficult to find people that really take pride in their work, these are one of the rare companies that do. The work that was done was very professional â and they actually listened to my request and fulfilled them. The work was done on a very timely basis in the exact timeframe that was discussed for a fair amount. Good quality craftsmanship is hard to come by these days â so if youâ re looking to reseal your deck or completely re-surface, an old one I would definitely hire these guys, you wonâ t be disappointed. Kaveh, (The Owner) is a character and does not micromanage his men â he explains to them exactly what he wants done and then leaves them alone to do their work. He checks up on them periodically to make sure that the job is going as planned and he is very reassuring to his customers that his objective is to make them happy. It is my understanding that he also does other aspects in the construction business besides just sealing Decks â but I am not sure what they are, But I am sure that he puts the same enthusiasm into finishing any of the jobs he takes on. Worked with Kavehsay Yar (owner) Specialty Design Coatings, and his team of expert painters led by Antonio Padilla. Both men were very knowledgeable about other potential issues before getting into the actual job of painting my house and refreshing (staining and sealing) my homes entry sidewalk. Antonio's team was very professional and were great to work with. They were always on time and finished the job when they promised. Their work was excellent and they cleaned up after each days work and also a thorough cleanup when the project was completed.
