Kaveh the owner responded to my call immediately and dropped by my house to discuss the job within an hour. I wanted to refinish my 20+ year oid stamped concrete driveway and walkway. Kaveh went over the process and answered all of questions and concerns. His crew started a few days later arriving on time working from 8 till 4 daily. Kaveh is very hands on arriving each day to direct his crew and answer any of my questions, which i greatly appreciated. The two gentlemen who did the work were highly trained, courteous and a pleasure to communicate with. I am very pleased with the refinishing job, my stamped concrete looks like new again. These guys were awesome. My driveway looks like I repaved it ( I did not), my concrete patio looks brand new, my stucco cracks are gone. These guys did so many projects altogether for me and every single one is perfect. Great value for the quality and service. Will hire againâ ¦. If I ever need to. It will be years before their work wears out!!

Initially, I made a big mistake and hired an unlicensed contractor to do the epoxy flooring in my garage. After a few weeks, it started coming up and just got worse and worse as time passed. I found Specialty Design on Angi, The owner came out, took one look, groaned, and explained that he'd have to remove it but that, in the end, I'd have a beautiful garage floor. And he was right! I'd highly recommend Specialty Design.

Project: Coat Concrete Floors with Epoxy or Hybrid Polymer. The cement floor of my garage is very hard, which brings more workload to the merchant. It took an extra day for the merchant to complete the work. They worked meticulously. During the construction period, they sealed all the walls and back door of my garage to ensure Prevent a lot of dust pollution! No rubbish was left behind! Fantastic, highly recommended!

I was a licensed contractor for 30+ years, I know the contracting business. My concrete garage floor had serious floor cracks with damaged foundation side walls. We decided that an epoxy/chip floor coating was the best finish option. Kaveh and his crew did a very professional job back cutting and filling the floor cracks, patching (with anchors) the damaged foundation walls, and properly prepping the floor surface. They used only quality products that were applied in a professional manner following manufactures application cure times, I checked. Very pleased with the job and will recommend Speciality Design Coatings to friends and associates.

This job was MUCH MORE than power washing but I couldn't find recoating as an option. Kaveh and his crew power washed, filled in small holes where the pebbles had come loose, and then recoated the drive with an epoxy. It looks wonderful now! Kaveh and his crew were very polite, knowledgable, and cleaned up everywhere when they left. I would highly recommend them!!
