Kaveh of Specialty Design Coatings called me within 5 minutes of submitting my request. He was able to stop by the house in about an hour to review the cracks around the concrete next to the foundation that needing filling. He was very friendly and offered to show me his license, ins., bonding papers. After explaining the process and giving me a fair estimate, we made an appointment. He and his crew of 3 showed up on time and went immediately to work. Kaveh was on-site much of the day, unlike many contractor supervisors. His crew were professional and helpful with any questions I had, and didn't spend time talking. They finished the job to my complete satisfaction in a timely manner and left NO mess behind. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them for a complete re-surfacing the patio and walkways next spring. Thank you Kaveh, you did an excellent job and it was a pleasure talking to you about unrelated matters. Your professionalism is what us home owners always hope for, but often don't get.

It is so refreshing to find a businessman so honest, ethical and caring as Kaveh...especially in this day and age. I had Specialty Design Coatings coat my concrete garage floor with a high quality epoxy material. They ground down the floor, applied an acid wash, primed it, applied epoxy and a sealer. It looked great. Surprisingly, a few days after the job was completed and paid for in full, the coating began to blister in spots. Evidently excess moisture was coming up thru the concrete causing the finish to react. Kaveh stood by his guarantee. He came back, ground off the recently applied layer of epoxy taking the floor back to bare concrete. He then went to great lengths to assure the concrete was water-proofed before again applying primer, epoxy and sealer coats. End result was a beautiful job and a satisfied customer. I am very impressed by this undeniably ethical and honest businessman and would recommend him without reservation.

Kaveh (owner) and Max (on-the-job craftsman) were knowledgable, professional, conscientious and polite. They showed up on time and did the work we contracted for. This is the third home I've owned where I've had the garage floor finished and by far these fellows did the best job. They were very thorough in that they went to great effort to properly prepare the cement floor before applying the epoxy coat and sealer...i.e.: ground the top layer of cement, patched cracks, washed floor with acetone, applied primer coat and painted side curbs. It took three days and they worked hard. They used the highest quality epoxy material that is supposed to render a better and more durable finish and last longer. Time will tell but it sure looks good now. They cleaned up after themselves and left the job site in good order. I would give them a strong recommendation.
