Honesty, integrity, straight forward and followed through with all promises! I am in the middle of selling my home, and all agreed the rather large driveway had seen better days and looks pretty bad. Multiple pours, three different colors, stains and the only thing with this beautiful home that looked bad. The team was spot-on time, everyday, resurfaced my complete driveway, leveled some bad areas and repaired multiple cracks. We wanted it to look like the standard cement surface, or to look new. I was given multiple options for specialized finishes, and eventually chose a beautiful gray. All who now see it, including the agents, potential buyers, and more importantly my wonderful neighbors love it! The driveway looks amazing and simply finishes off the complete rebuild of the home for sale. This is a wonderful, fast and great way to repair old and bad looking driveways. No hassles, honest, on-time, fast and worked with a hectic schedule for open houses and showings! I am not an easy customer in any way either. The bid was very competitive and more importantly, no surprises. They were not happy until I was, no problems, dedicated, top notch work. It is easy to work with Kaveh because he takes the time to listen to what you are hoping to accomplish and makes it happen. He calls/texts/emails you back quickly and gives you an accurate timeline for the project. My old patio was a disaster - it now looks amazing!

I called for a quote and Kaveh responded in 30 minutes. I needed to repair and resurface a patio and a long walkway and was afraid that I would have to remove them and have them replaced. He informed me that that was not necessary and that he could do the job right away and gave me a GREAT QUOTE! I hired them on the spot and they started work the very next morning. They did a fantastic job of filling in the many gaps and cracks along with adding rebar to reinforce the repair. They ground down all of the high spots and resurfaced all in three days. I called Specialty Design Coatings for a quote. They came out quickly and gave me a quote on the spot. I had to get my garage ready for the work so I didn't book right away. Once I was ready which was a Sunday afternoon I sent an email and text to schedule the work. To my surprise they came out and started the job the very next morning. It's now Tuesday at 9:30am and the job is 100% complete. Fast, prompt, clean, and respectful. I would recommend Specialty Design Coatings to anyone in the market to have their garage floor refinished and epoxy coated. Can't wait till it's dry and we can move our stuff back in. Guys were on time every morning. They did grinding and epoxy coating in one day, did clear coat next morning as promised. No complaints on quality - looks very good and clean. Kaveh was really nice and professional explaining details of the process. Definitely would recommend to anyone who decides to upgrade their garage.

I really enjoyed working with Kaveh and his crew Alfredo and Max. From day one, Kaveh was always checking on the job site to make sure everything was being done to his satisfaction. The crew was always on time every day. They really transformed my old concrete pool decking and patio into a thing of beauty. Kaveh was very professional and explained is service clearly. The crew arrived every day and was prepared to complete the task at hand. Our project was an interior application and in my opinion, obvious walking or visible pathways should have received specific or additional attention when prepping and grinding. Unfortunately several "grinding" imperfections were overlooked prior to the "sealant" applications. Overall the service and product turned out acceptable.

Max and Alfredo did a terrific job grinding down the damaged cement in my garage caused by a previous owner, who had covered oil splatters and stains by glueing carpets onto the cement (!). Max and Alfredo patched cracks, prepped the surface, and spread the epoxy, all under challenging conditions (a windy day, gardeners' blowers, etc.) Kaveh called the next morning, Friday, to check on the job, and when I noticed a small patch that didn't take the epoxy as well as the rest, Kaveh offered to come by on Monday to assess the situation. When I told him that I was leaving for vacation and that my parents would be arriving the day after my return, he came to the rescue, driving over immediately and then arranging for Max to return the very next morning, Saturday (!) at 8 a.m. I had expected that Max would simply touch up the affected area, but after taking the time to patch a few hairline cracks, he actually re-sanded and recoated the entire garage! He explained that depending on wind, heat, and the nature of the cement itself, some garage floors require an additional coat. The results are spectacular. I and my neighbors are in awe! I truly appreciate Max's meticulous work and Kaveh's high standards and strong business ethic. Kaveh monitors the job closely and makes sure that clients have the best possible experience and results. I wish all contractors were this good. Hire this company--you won't regret it!

We had a problem with the initial coating that was applied and Kaveh was absolutely fantastic at standing behind his work and taking care of it to our complete satisfaction. He was totally on top of it! He is a very ethical person and cares about his customers and the work he puts forth.
