Kaveh was a pleasure to work with. He came out within 2 days of my project submission and provided me with a very fair price for the stamped concrete renovation work. We ended up increasing the scope of the original project to include re-stuccoing planter walls and we also received a fair price for that work. Kaveh was great at keeping me informed throughout our 7 day project and was on the job site almost every day. His team was very professional and took care to make sure little parts of the project were done correctly! They also did an amazing job of cleaning up everything at the end of each day. Kaveh was always there when he said he would be and was very prompt in getting back to me when I had a question. I even left him a question on a Sunday morning, expecting to get a return call the next Monday; instead, he called me about 2 hours after my message on that same Sunday! I would enthusiastically recommend Speciality Design Coatings and Kaveh and his team!

Kaveh and his team refinished 600 sq ft of my pool concrete walkway surface. Their work exceeded my expectations, and we are very pleased with the final coating finish. Specialty Design Coatings team communicated very well and kept us informed on every step of the process. No surprises from start to finish. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

I met Kaveh with Specialty Concrete Coatings and he immediately envisioned the yard to look like I dreamed about. His team were amazing, Antonio seemed to be the master of artistry and he and the team worked hard to bring life into my embarrassing patio with care and knowledge. It was very labor intensive and I never heard one complaint. They brought beauty into a place I will be proud to show off and I truly recommend Kaveh and his staff. Special Designs Coatings did a tremendous job for us helping to restore and fix areas in our 40 year old patio, front entrance and atrium. They came on time and completed the project on time and some more, the work was outstanding and when they let they clean after that Iâ m very happy They resurfaced my cherry cabinets to whites color using very high quality paint.

This is the second time I have used Specialty Design Coatings. The first time was to refinish all my interior wood cabinets. It is because they did such a wonderful job that I hired them again to paint the outside of my home. Kaveh is one of the most responsive and professional owner/operators I have ever worked with. His team is also professional, polite, and provide a high-quality end product. Five stars across the board!

Very professional very understanding very patient an excellent work they cleaned up. They protected everything around in my kitchen before they started to work and they cleaned up and they were done. Kaveh the owner responded to my call immediately and dropped by my house to discuss the job within an hour. I wanted to refinish my 20+ year oid stamped concrete driveway and walkway. Kaveh went over the process and answered all of questions and concerns. His crew started a few days later arriving on time working from 8 till 4 daily. Kaveh is very hands on arriving each day to direct his crew and answer any of my questions, which i greatly appreciated. The two gentlemen who did the work were highly trained, courteous and a pleasure to communicate with. I am very pleased with the refinishing job, my stamped concrete looks like new again. These guys were awesome. My driveway looks like I repaved it ( I did not), my concrete patio looks brand new, my stucco cracks are gone. These guys did so many projects altogether for me and every single one is perfect. Great value for the quality and service. Will hire againâ ¦. If I ever need to. It will be years before their work wears out!!

If anything is not like you wanted it , they will fix it until you are happy . Final project is beautiful!

Initially, I made a big mistake and hired an unlicensed contractor to do the epoxy flooring in my garage. After a few weeks, it started coming up and just got worse and worse as time passed. I found Specialty Design on Angi, The owner came out, took one look, groaned, and explained that he'd have to remove it but that, in the end, I'd have a beautiful garage floor. And he was right! I'd highly recommend Specialty Design.
