It was nice that there was always someone on the job who spoke English, it made communication so much easier. The work was excellent and the cost reasonable. The company exceeded our expectations. They stained all our cabinets and banisters, painted inside of home, epoxied garage floor, stained driveway, repaired misc. Kaveh was reliable, friendly, fair and honest. This company works hard and gets the job done right.

WHAT A SURPRISE!!! Someone in the Construction business actually did what they said they were going to do, on time, and within budget â absolute miracle. I know that this is a complete anomaly - because my brother is a General Contractor and has nothing but headaches keeping qualified people employed in his trade. It is very difficult to find people that really take pride in their work, these are one of the rare companies that do. The work that was done was very professional â and they actually listened to my request and fulfilled them. The work was done on a very timely basis in the exact timeframe that was discussed for a fair amount. Good quality craftsmanship is hard to come by these days â so if youâ re looking to reseal your deck or completely re-surface, an old one I would definitely hire these guys, you wonâ t be disappointed. Kaveh, (The Owner) is a character and does not micromanage his men â he explains to them exactly what he wants done and then leaves them alone to do their work. He checks up on them periodically to make sure that the job is going as planned and he is very reassuring to his customers that his objective is to make them happy. It is my understanding that he also does other aspects in the construction business besides just sealing Decks â but I am not sure what they are, But I am sure that he puts the same enthusiasm into finishing any of the jobs he takes on. They ground off the original epoxy floor and we were able to walk on the new floor 3 days later. The attention to detail was excellent & they left everything neat & clean each day. Specialty Design Coatings company Highly recommend! Quick service & very trustworthy. Worked with Kavehsay Yar (owner) Specialty Design Coatings, and his team of expert painters led by Antonio Padilla. Both men were very knowledgeable about other potential issues before getting into the actual job of painting my house and refreshing (staining and sealing) my homes entry sidewalk. Antonio's team was very professional and were great to work with. They were always on time and finished the job when they promised. Their work was excellent and they cleaned up after each days work and also a thorough cleanup when the project was completed. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing an excellent painting team and company.

Kaveh was a pleasure to work with. He came out within 2 days of my project submission and provided me with a very fair price for the stamped concrete renovation work. We ended up increasing the scope of the original project to include re-stuccoing planter walls and we also received a fair price for that work. Kaveh was great at keeping me informed throughout our 7 day project and was on the job site almost every day. His team was very professional and took care to make sure little parts of the project were done correctly! They also did an amazing job of cleaning up everything at the end of each day. Kaveh was always there when he said he would be and was very prompt in getting back to me when I had a question. I even left him a question on a Sunday morning, expecting to get a return call the next Monday; instead, he called me about 2 hours after my message on that same Sunday! I would enthusiastically recommend Speciality Design Coatings and Kaveh and his team!

Kaveh and his team refinished 600 sq ft of my pool concrete walkway surface. Their work exceeded my expectations, and we are very pleased with the final coating finish. Specialty Design Coatings team communicated very well and kept us informed on every step of the process. No surprises from start to finish. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

I met Kaveh with Specialty Concrete Coatings and he immediately envisioned the yard to look like I dreamed about. His team were amazing, Antonio seemed to be the master of artistry and he and the team worked hard to bring life into my embarrassing patio with care and knowledge. It was very labor intensive and I never heard one complaint. They brought beauty into a place I will be proud to show off and I truly recommend Kaveh and his staff. They listened ton my ideas, offered suggestions and the result is astounding. Well done!!

Special Designs Coatings did a tremendous job for us helping to restore and fix areas in our 40 year old patio, front entrance and atrium. They came on time and completed the project on time and some more, the work was outstanding and when they let they clean after that Iâ m very happy They resurfaced my cherry cabinets to whites color using very high quality paint.

This is the second time I have used Specialty Design Coatings. The first time was to refinish all my interior wood cabinets. It is because they did such a wonderful job that I hired them again to paint the outside of my home. Kaveh is one of the most responsive and professional owner/operators I have ever worked with.
