The Specialty Design Coatings Team has been doing garages for almost 20 years. They have seen it all, and the experience shows in their craftsmanship and attention to detail. Ask questions! They are happy to explain each part of the process. They are happy to give guidance and suggestions when you are uncertain what would work best for your situation. I got a terrific price for a combo epoxy base, polyuria top coat in the $3.75-4 price range which included EVERYTHING. No cutting corners. No etching with acid when a good grinder buffing was in order. No rushing to job. Would hire them again if i had another garage!

They were happy to fix/repair minor concrete defects that were not part of the original project without an extra charge. They wanted the whole look look of the project to be seamless.

They did a wonderful job on repairing our cracked concrete patio and walkway. I thought we were going to have to tear the walkway out but was assured that a repair could be done to save it - and they did!. Their work is excellent, they arrive on time, clean up and are communicative regarding the work. My patio and walkway look brand new. I would definitely recommend them and would hire them again.

I hired Specialty Design Coatings to refinish the coating on my driveway that was flaking off and cracking. The job was done very well and the owner Kaveh and his craftsman were professional and very high quality. A big plus was the communication. I was contacted before the start to let me know the status and job was actually finished ahead of schedule. Job well done. I will keep Specialty Design Coating on my preferred contractors list.

The owner Kaveh was super responsive. Almost instantaneous response. Workmanship was excellent. Fast. Efficient. Reliable. Kept his word and did what he promised. Cleaned up well. Believe me in this day and age you have lots of people not showing up or doing shoddy work. He moved schedule around to help me get my floors fixed because I have a deadline. Highly recommend.
