My wife and I are thrilled with the results. We previously removed a raised planter, in order to extend a pad for a spa installation, and removed a broken walkway. The planter against the brick walls was covered in a black waterproofing that was unsightly. Kaveh proposed to grind the surface, and apply a polymer coating. We also added a pad for the barbecue, as well repairing the broken walkway. Kaveh was very competitive with the pricing for our project. Oscar and Max did the project to perfection. They were very careful to keep from splattering the cement and the polymer coating. Everything was done neat and clean.

Specialty Design Coatings was hired to repair a concrete driveway and patio which had been previously coated years ago. They repaired the concrete, sanded the surfaces, and recoated. Looks perfect. I would recommend them.

Kaveh and his team were efficient and amazing. First off I just want to thank Kaveh for being transparent with me with how much this project was going to cost and the process to carry it out. We had several people come out to our home with quotes, but it seems like I was always getting the run around, until I found Kaveh. His team arrived on the dot and worked efficiently the last couple of days to finish up the repair of our garage flooring. The result was pure joy on our end because we had cracks so big our daughter would pick up the rocks from them and start playing with it. It’s nice to have a garage that’s finally not a walking/tripping hazard. Thank you Kaveh and your team for pulling this off for us. I would definitely go to Kaveh for our future home projects.

The Specialty Design Coatings Team has been doing garages for almost 20 years. They have seen it all, and the experience shows in their craftsmanship and attention to detail. Ask questions! They are happy to explain each part of the process. They are happy to give guidance and suggestions when you are uncertain what would work best for your situation. I got a terrific price for a combo epoxy base, polyuria top coat in the $3.75-4 price range which included EVERYTHING. No cutting corners. No etching with acid when a good grinder buffing was in order. No rushing to job. Would hire them again if i had another garage!

They were happy to fix/repair minor concrete defects that were not part of the original project without an extra charge. They wanted the whole look look of the project to be seamless.

They did a wonderful job on repairing our cracked concrete patio and walkway. I thought we were going to have to tear the walkway out but was assured that a repair could be done to save it - and they did!. Their work is excellent, they arrive on time, clean up and are communicative regarding the work. My patio and walkway look brand new. I would definitely recommend them and would hire them again.
