They did concrete resurfacing at my back yard and side yard. They are not the cheapest one but the quality of the their work is excellent and you are getting your money worth. They are responsive to the customer throughout the process and are take their time explaining and answering all your questions. Definitely recommend them.

The assigned Team were very professional in going through the jobs do's and don'ts. Knowledgeable and courteous. Every spare moment during the job would be cleaning up. Nothing left in a pile. I am enjoying the product of their applied workmanship. Highly recommended.

Found Khave quite professional, pleasant with a unique friendly manner. He was upfront with all the specifics of what the job would entail from start to finish including the 3 year recommendation follow up. Quick to respond to my texts. Khave was kind to honor my husband's Military service with an added discount. The crew Oscar, Manuel and Dave are an awesome crew. Arrived on time and worked hard to complete the job in 1 day. Clean up was perfecto !!!. They didn't hesitate to show me the work at different stages. They even explained that some of the cracks seen will in time will fade, Appreciated the upfront problem with the gate that could scrape off the epoxy. They were able to adjust our gate so to prevent this problem in the future. My neighbors are impressed as much as we are. What a shame we didn't find Khave and his crew years sooner. If you are on the fence about choosing a company for this type of work. Don't waste your time with others. GO WITH SPECIALTY DESIGN You will not be disappointed. Just wish we found Khavi and his crew years ago.

Did an incredible amount of research and due diligence before choosing Specialty Design Coatings for my epoxy garage floor project. Advice; avoid the â one dayâ guys, avoid low ball offers and avoid DIY options (tried that once). I highly recommend SDC. They arrived at 8:00am on both days (2 day project), used protective plastic on the walls, were professional and just did an incredible job, including on the finish work. The owner communicates well, the team delivers and the result speaks for itself. Highly recommend. Ray

Very professional and polite turning my cracked up patio into a beautiful space that makes me want to go outside again. They took me thru process step by step, showing me progress as they finished each steps. Answered questions and or concerns as we progressed. The crew were delightful to work with. Now if I could just get my HOA to approve a glass topper on my wall my patio would be near perfect LOL. SERIOUSLY, great job!

Khave and his very professional crew of Oscar, Dave and Manuel did an excellent job of repairing & coating our driveway. The work started and finished on time. We can now walk on it without fear of tripping, plus - it looks great.

They were very timely

My wife and I are thrilled with the results. We previously removed a raised planter, in order to extend a pad for a spa installation, and removed a broken walkway. The planter against the brick walls was covered in a black waterproofing that was unsightly. Kaveh proposed to grind the surface, and apply a polymer coating. We also added a pad for the barbecue, as well repairing the broken walkway. Kaveh was very competitive with the pricing for our project. Oscar and Max did the project to perfection. They were very careful to keep from splattering the cement and the polymer coating. Everything was done neat and clean.

Specialty Design Coatings was hired to repair a concrete driveway and patio which had been previously coated years ago. They repaired the concrete, sanded the surfaces, and recoated. Looks perfect. I would recommend them.

From the beginning of the process speaking with Kaveh about what my vision was for the concrete repair and stain I felt comfortable and confident the project would meet my expectations. Kaveh was extremely knowledgeable and confident that my vision would be successful. He was professional, personable and customer orientated. I enjoyed working with him. Oscar and his crew are very talented, safety and quality orientated. I was impressed at how easy and enjoyable it was to have them working in my backyard for a week. This crew were very respectful of my property and paid attentio n to the smallest detail. I was impressed at the sill and artistry level this crew had. I have work with many contractors personally and for business. I put this experience as one of the best I have been involved with.

Kaveh and his team were efficient and amazing. First off I just want to thank Kaveh for being transparent with me with how much this project was going to cost and the process to carry it out. We had several people come out to our home with quotes, but it seems like I was always getting the run around, until I found Kaveh. His team arrived on the dot and worked efficiently the last couple of days to finish up the repair of our garage flooring. The result was pure joy on our end because we had cracks so big our daughter would pick up the rocks from them and start playing with it. It’s nice to have a garage that’s finally not a walking/tripping hazard. Thank you Kaveh and your team for pulling this off for us. I would definitely go to Kaveh for our future home projects.
