We hired this contractor to repair the pool edges and a balcony that had leaking. The owner Kaveh is very responsive and professional. His crew got job done on time and we are happy with the results.

This project was repair of cracks, replacing deteriorated caulk, staining and sealing concrete driveway, patios, and wall caps, and providing wet look sealer on slate insets, spa wall and barbeque counter top. The owner, Kaveh is committed to doing an excellent job and providing the very best customer service. We appreciated his efforts to make us feel comfortable during the process, and happy with the results. We learned that staining concrete won't hide all the imperfections, that different types and pours of concrete will take stain and sealer differently, and that we should have followed Kaveh's advice to use darker colors for a more pronounced effect. By asking for the stain to be the same sandy color as our original colored concrete, we made the job much harder for Kaveh, but he didn't complain. His employees Alfredo, Max and Mario, very amiable young men also, worked diligently through a number of extremely hot and humid days, even missing lunch once, and working beyond normal quitting time to stay on track. We are pleased that quality products were used, the price was competitive, Kaveh warranties his work, and our concrete looks refreshed and restored to new life.

I was impressed with Kaveh from the moment I met him. He and his expert staff helped us out with an issue we were having with the Health dept. in a commercial kitchen. Kaveh carefully explained each and every step of the process to me then proceeded to show up 15 minuts early the next day and conscientiously masked off the entire kitchen. I have been using Specialty Design Coatings for custom concrete, concrete counter tops, staining and concrete design. They are creative and do excellent work. . Any customer service manner they get the concerned address right away.
