Description of Work: This was Roberts demo crew. They broke out 500 sq. feet of floor tile and did an outstanding job. What took them 5 hours would have taken me 5 days. Very professional, courteous and punctual. They did a good job cleaning up, and even moved and replaced my furniture. Excellent experience

Description of Work: I called Robert to set up an appointment for bathrooms remodeling & flooring. |He promptly answered my call, not answering machine and told honestly & frankly he's booked solid thorough the year and it's not fair to make promises. I totally understood although I really like him to do the work for me. I can tell he's very reliable & responsive as I have experiences myself running my own business for over 40 years. I'd hire him in the future if he's available.

Description of Work: We had our loft closed into be a third bedroom with a closet. Fortunately for us, Robert was able to schedule us into his busy projects. He was great to work with and we are thrilled with the results! He was prompt, professional and communicated well. You would never know it was a loft originally. We will definitely call him for future projects.

Description of Work: Robert responded immediately to my request for an estimate but he was upfront with me that he was booked with major projects for at least 4 months and could only promise that he might be able to work in my smaller project before then. I appreciated his honesty but, of course, could not use his services.

Description of Work: I have once more enlisted the services of Robert Sappo (general contractor) and am pleased to inform you that Mr. Sappo continues to adhere to schedules and provide work that is finished impeccably and skillfully. Also, he adheres rigorously to schedules which are realistic. In this effort he did extensive electric rework and, as always, he gave me a detailed explanation before starting. Very professional, I can heartily recommend this man.

Description of Work: Robert was very professional and along with giving estimates for the job, he made several recommendations on how to do the job better. After starting he spent several hours at Home Depot with me making sure the vinyl windows were ordered properly and accurately. This was very tricky as there were 4 different patio sliders and 3 different types of individual windows. He also helped with choosing floor tile, toilets, ceiling fans, front door, etc. He supplied and supervised a tile installing crew that did a great job. He installed the windows in a timely manner and I received a great compliment from the inspector that approved the job on what a good job Robert did. He took great care in blending the new work with the existing stucco and wood framing. He installed the new front door and it looks great. He installed 2 ceiling fans and a chandelier. He did a great job of cleanup after the work was completed. I will definitely use him for any future work at my home.

Description of Work: We had a cable break on a foot bridge that gives us access to our property. We had no one that we could even conceive of that would be able to fix it. We could not even think of a word to Google to find a repair man with the proper parts. We called Robert. He is brilliant and was able to find the materials needed and get it done the same day. AWESOME! 3/4" stainless steel cable holding sides of footbridge - piece had snapped after 30 - 40 years of use.

Description of Work: Our grooming business water heater was not providing hot water. He came and checked it out and realized that the thermostat was not functioning. This is a critical part of our business and he was able to contact a rep who would provide the part to a local parts distribution company who would pull the thermostat out of a new unit so we could be up and running by the next business day. It was great that we did not have to purchase a new water heater but was able to get the other one fixed. Intelligent, articulate and someone that looks for solutions instead of just charging for replacements in our disposable society. Perfect! Would highly recommend. PS Both he and his workers don't smoke and leave cigarette butts laying around, lunch trash etc. Everything is tidy when they leave. A huge pet peeve of mine.
