Renewal by Andersen of Orange County

Everything went extremely well. All installations were done on time and the team of Oscar G., Daniel F. and Fernando were excellent. They could not have done a better job. Our home and yard were totally clean when they left the job. We had one issue with one window and that is being taken care of by Renewal by Andersen with no cost to us. I would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen of Orange County for anyone wanting to replace their windows. The quality of the windows is great and the installation was on time and more than met our exceptions. The team of Oscar G., Daniel F. and Fernando were very professional, worked hard to complete the installation on time and answered all our questions throughout the process. We are very happy with the results.

We are very happy with the services and work performance of seller and installers. Jim Barone . Is a very profesional seller , we did estimates with four different companies last year ,and calle back Andersen and they had all the records, sent him back to talk to us and we place the order . the measurements and installation on some of the window was all ready done with an excellent group of installers ,Pedro B,Fernando S. Omar S, Jesus V, and Christian V. The installation was performed in a fast and efficient way, Cleaning and returning the house to perfect condition. we are looking forward to finish the Sliding door and few more windows in Oct.

Renewal by Andersen did a great job on my patio door. We selected them because of their outstanding reputation and they appear to have the history and financial strength to stand behind their work for years to come. We have used other contractors that have gone out of business and there was no one to fix a problem when it developed. Renewal by Andersen was not the cheapest (or the most expensive) but I'm willing to pay a little more for the quality they deliver. They showed up on the day we scheduled and completed the work within 6 hours. I was happy to see that they put up plastic to seal our house from any dust. The installation team did great work - especially Pedro B., Fernando S. and Frank D. They answered all my questions and were professional. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Process was great. Everything went as planned. From the initial home visit to the installation, everything was smooth. The installers Omar, Christian, and Joseph treated my house as theirs. It was cleaner when they left. Everything was done to perfection. Everything was followed up by a phone call making sure all was well.

The entire process went very smooth. From sales to final inspection the communication process was clear and concise. The staff was proactive with their communication throughout the entire process and the installation team of Jose', Joseph and Omar, were pleasant, thorough and tidy. Prior to departing Jose' made sure we checked every window and he even took the time to do a quick tune up on three windows we had previously installed. Two thumbs up all of the way around.

I just had a quote from Renewal by Andersen. The Rep Sean M. did a wonderful job. He provided detail information on windows and what I should be looking for in replacing my window/sliding doors. Sean, was very knowledgeable. He also provided me with some of the city rules/cost I will be facing, e.g.permits and lead testing..... However the cost was over my budget. I wish I could, but for now I'm still gathering additional quotes and information.

I am totally remodeling my 1985 condo and replacing the 30 year old single pane windows. Tim Schiebler was the first person to come out to my place to give me an estimate. Tim is the Design Consultant and spent a couple of hours with me explaining every detail about Renewal by Andersen windows. I had already had a couple of other window companies come out to give me estimates, but I was so impressed with the quality of the windows that Tim showed me and the detail that he went into that I didn't need to see anything else. Dennis Rohrbach came out and measured my windows and again went over the set up. Jose Islas, Joseph Zavala, and Esteban Meza showed up promptly at 8:00AM. They all had a job to do and got right to work. They were so professional and clean. I had an old garden window in my kitchen that was changed to a glider window and needed some work on the outside to make it look like it had been there all along. Jose, Joseph, and Esteban did a beautiful job. I live in a community with an HOA and my windows have to keep the look of the community. The windows are high quality and look beautiful. I have 3 sliding glass vinyl doors that are fairly new, so I didn't replace them. After seeing how beautiful and efficient the new windows are, I am going to have to find a way to put the sliders into my budget very soon. Renewal by Andersen windows are definitely more expensive than the average window replacement, but it is money well spent.

They did not disappoint us as the quality of the doors was exceptional and the workmanship of the installers was outstanding. Oscar G., Richard N., and Omar S. arrived as scheduled and immediately started the job. As with the windows, it was clear that these installers take pride in their work. I readily recommend Renal by Anderson and these installers for any window or door replacement you need.

We had a problem with one of 13 windows that were installed 10 years ago by a company no longer in business. My husband contacted Kurt who sent Dennis out to diagnose the problem. They ordered the parts and Dan came out to install them promptly. The windows were under warranty so no charge. These guys are great - Thanks for a great experience!

This is the third time I've used this company. It is on the pricey side, but the quality is worth it. My living room windows are about 10 years old and look brand new. Have had two patio doors installed by them and a very large 8'x4' window as well. Jesus and Joel were my installers, and if you can request them, I recommend you do. They did a fantastic job, left everything spotless. Not sure if I will replace any more windows but, if I do, I won't hesitate to return to Renewal by Anderson.

Service was performed on the expected date and time, professionally, and completely to my satisfaction. Dan did a good job, and I would recommend him and Renewal By Andersen for any window work.

We are very happy with our new windows, French Door and Gliding Patio Door from Renewal By Andersen of Orange County. It all started with a pleasant trip to their showroom in Laguna Hills. Lisa was so nice, accommodating and informative and was a BIG part in our decision to consider Renewal By Anderson. Sean M was the sales guys from Andersen who came by and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable and went through all of our options. We really enjoyed Sean. We ended up purchasing eight windows and a French Door and actually later added a Gliding Patio Door as well. Vicente M and Bernardo S and the crew installed the windows and doors and were very professional. They worked very hard and their workmanship was top notch. You can tell they knew their product. After the work was completed, they cleaned up everything nicely. They were very conscientious in their work. Yes, it was expensive, but you can tell we got a very high quality product. We love the secure locking mechanism on the doors. We highly recommend Renewal By Andersen of Orange County.

Painter showed up on time, ready to work. Work was accomplished in minimal time with excellent results. Scott was very meticulous about what had to be done and made sure that all areas were "touched up". Again, excellent work. This company has this effort - installation followed by touch up down pat!

Work was done in one day. The two gentlemen performing the work, Casey and Joel were hard working, professional, knowledgeable the entire time. They set, did the demo work, installed the door and cleaned up excellently! It was a pleasure dealing with them!

We had the team of Casey and Jose take out eight old windows, and install eight new windows. The experience was everything we could have hoped for. Casey and Jose were professional, timely, clean, communicative, and thorough: we could not have asked for a better experience.

We just finished having them replace the 5th set of gorgeous french doors! Casey, Jose, Christian, Mario and Joel were very professional, courteous and made sure all areas were left clean which I really appreciate. They did a great job on installation! The products are top of the line and so beautiful! The first two doors I replaced were south facing and get sun all day. I was pleasantly surprised that in the summer, those rooms are about 10 degrees cooler with these more energy efficient french doors. Thanks again Charlie and your great team! So nice to have Casey working on the 4th project we've had completed by Renewal by Andersen!

Things went great... The windows look awesome. Jose and Christian were top notch.

I spoke with Kurt at Renewal by Andersen and scheduled an appointment for a service technician to come out. The day before the appointment Kurt called to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, Dan arrived on time and within an hour my window was as good as new. There was no charge for the service because the repair was under warranty. We have been very pleased with the service we have received from Charlie Gindele and his crew. Thanks Dan for fixing my window!

We were impressed with quality of the Andersen product. We got measurements, checked the samples and decided to place the order.
