Sent them a request for a quote over 2 months ago and they never replied.

They called 24 hours before to confirm. The service technician, John G., arrive on time, was friendly and professional in his approach. He patiently asked questions to help diagnose the issues, made quick adjustments, and clearly explained the issue and remedy. A very positive experience.

Thanks to our crew, Valentin, Marcos H, Jonathan, Refugio, Luis Vargas and Lupe, led by Jesus V. for a job well done in Cathedral City. Nine new windows, 2 sliders and a new front door! We're thrilled.

Today I had my Renewal by Anderson windows installed. The installers Jesus, Valentin & Robert protected my furniture and floors, they cleaned up after. They were awesome.

Fantastic. Jesus and Valentin were prompt, professional and transformed our outdated door to a beautiful French door.

Overall, very well. The new Windows are great and keep rooms so much cooler. All the staff from Lisa, Matthew, Sam and his team, Richard and his team, Manuel and Frank, Ariana, Jaqueline and Charlie were eager to answer questions, solve problems in a very timely manner and just make sure we were happy. We have talked about getting new windows for years. We should have done it sooner!

The window installation team (Ever, Erik & Alejandro) were excellent. They were very professional and the quality of work was great. They were knowledgable and addressed all of our questions and concerns. In addition they were extremely neat and all of our floors and furniture were covered prior to starting any work. The follow-up window moulding detail team (Michael N. and Fernando J.) were also excellent. They were neat and efficient addressing all of my wife's concerns. She was extremely happy with the look of the window mouldings when the team completed the job.

After a bit of a communications glitch, this first phase went beautifully. Jesus and Felix removed the large, wood-framed living room bay window with dividers and the office window. They worked quickly, but carefully, taking very good care of the drapes, furniture, and carpet. Their meticulousness was terrific. Additionally, they were friendly and checked in often if they had any concerns (exterior rock work). I've requested them for the next phase of window work. Following installation, Ferdinand (I believe was his name) came to do any necessary touch ups - a job well done!

We just had Renewal by Andersen windows installed in our home and I am soooo happy with them. My old windows by another manufacturer had become so fogged and clouded, that I forgot how wonderful it is to look out through a clear and beautiful window. Everything looks so crisp and vibrant! From the moment Jesus and Fidel arrived with the “red carpet” everything went smoothly. They were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. When they left, there wasn’t one thing for me to clean-up. I am so impressed with the customer service throughout the project. We are doing our home is stages and I can’t wait to have Andersen return. I do plan to request Jesus and Fidel for the next phase. They are awesome!

Everything went smoothly. The front door looks beautiful. Touch up painter, who was a planned part of the installation schedule comes tomorrow. Installers came on time and were done in about 4 hours which is less than what we had expected. Jesus made sure that we were satisfied and whether we had any questions before they left. While we were hoping to spend less money to replace our door, Renewal by Anderson's price was competitive and we felt that their reputation was an important factor in the decision.

Sales staff and installation crew were professional and easy to work with. We would have appreciated more responsiveness from the office staff. However, the office staff's less than stellar customer service did not detract from what really mattered--the excellence of the product and installation time.

Jesus and Audy were my installers and they were timely, professional, and did an excellent job! They were very customer service oriented and made sure I was very happy with my new window. It looks beautiful! I would highly recommend. A very positive experience with the whole team at Renewal by Andersen!

Pompous, snobby, and arrogant. Window guy came, took zero measurements, barely looked at our windows and said $5500 per sliding glass window. I asked why and he said "we are the Mercedes Benz of windows, we are not Toyota!" You can't make this up people! Ugh!

Time management was as agreed!! And Jesus the installer was super informative.

The best part about having RENEWAL BY Andersen install our windows and doors is that they did everything. They sent installers, carpenters, cleaners, painters. I didn't have to find additional contractors to finish the project. Each person on the installation team (Jose I, Christian V, Bernardo, Joel, Jose V, Joseph, Mike, & Jose) was friendly, polite, and knew what he was doing. They arrived on time, cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, and communicated well throughout the process. The touch up painter Frank D. did a great job too, completing the process. Their product is beautiful and really adds a lot of value to our home. They look so much nicer than vinyl windows. We are very happy with our choice.

Well deserved "F" rating! While I appreciated the time (more than 5 hours) Bryan [last name removed] spent with us on Sunday evening 1/15/17 regarding replacement windows by Renewal by Anderson of Orange County our transaction quickly went south from there. We agreed to a project for 6 replacement windows and 3 slider replacements at a cost of more that $52,000 and they were happy to take our deposit of $1000 (as we had to purchase on 1/16/17 to get the 25% discount) we informed Brayan that we may have some additional questions. After our first few questions were answered the communication stopped so we therefore cancelled the entire transaction. Buyer beware as although these may be great windows at a reasonable price (I guess) the failure to communicate is what forced us to cancel the transaction as I would never deal with a vendor who doesn't have time to answer questions regarding a $50K plus project with them. Then Charles Gindele supposed President and Owner harassed me via email about this issue. [content removed] STAY AWAY! estimated cost: 52000.0

Casey and Fernando were conscientious and knowledgeable. They were careful to protect our home as they worked. This was important as all of the interior work had to be done while standing in the bathtub. They did an excellent job removing the glass block wall and installing the new window. We had them install a large window that slides. We selected Renewal by Andersen because we trust that the materials will stand up to being in a shower and that any water will that gets in the window track will drain. Casey and Fernando were a pleasure to have in our home.

Terribly. Over the phone he asked if my spouse would be there for the appointment. When I answered no, he said a spouse should be there and asked if there was anyone else's name on my deed. This is all before someone was sent to the house for an estimate. What year do we live in?

Jim Barone, our salseman, and first contact, was very informative, and convinced us that although not cheap, when compared to Vinyl products, the quality and longevity of Anderson windows would be worth the extra cost. This is our retirement home, and we expect to be here a long time,so it made sense to us to go with the best. It took about two weeks for the windows to be manufactured The windows and doors were just installed, and we could not be happier with how they look. We want to say thanks to the entire installation crew led by Omar M., and including Joseph P., Joel M., Michael N,, Bernardo (Bernie), as well as the brothers Christen and Jesus. These guys showed up on time, took care to protect our furniture, and proceeded to knock out the entire job in just two business days. The crew made sure to install the windows with literally no damage to the existing structure. If your looking for windows, I'd suggest you talk to Jim. You may get windows cheaper, but we believe you get what you pay for.

Casey, Joseph, Josh, Pedro, Oscar G, Dan and Fernando replaced all the windows on my home. They took out the old windows and replaced. They did an excellent job, and when they left they cleaned up and left my home looking like they never came and did the upgrade. Frank D did excellent touch up paint work. This is the second time I have had Renewal by Anderson products. Last year I replaced the 2 gliding patio doors

Installation was excellent. Vincent M and Oscar C showed up on time, were courteous, efficient and professional in all they did. We love the look of the french window grilles too.
