Description of Work: We were having all external windows replaced. Vicente and Bernardo arrived as scheduled. They covered both inside and outside floors. All windows were removed and the new ones installed in one day. The trim and final detailing were done on the next day. Our inspector was very impressed with the quality and attention to detail. We highly recommend this company and their products.

Description of Work: My wife & I had them out for a window & door estimate, he walked us through the whole process....was very detail with what to expect. The price is higher than other bids we had, but the services and quality of product were also much more than the basic vinyl window offer. We wanted Renewal by Andersen for our home; we view this as an upgrade to the others. Communication and follow through were better than expected!! The installation crew was very neat & clean...quiet...I will ask for them again.

Description of Work: Salesman came by yesterday (very nice guy) to review our needs and discuss their renewal by Anderson Windows. For 27 windows (5 were full frame replacement) the quote was $53K. That is $1,963 per window which is ridiculous. For an additional $8,500 they would also replace my existing Anderson double pane sliding patio door. It was insulting and a waste of 3 hours. I have done my research and this job should be between $18K and $22K with comparable composite, double pane, argon gas filled, low-e glass windows. Replacing the door would be about $3K. Do not waste your time!
