From begining to end abraham walked us through our vision of what our kitchen would end up looking like with the different colors of granite, he met us at a granite warehouse in anaheim where we milled through hundreds ofslabs of granite, we chose our volcano slabs, and I chose this color because of the fact that we had gone to a freestanding granite yard and the sales girl their told me anything that looks like a painting you probably can't afford, so I'm saying this granite is beautiful. you can trust abraham fully, he will work with you , He oversees the installation and inspects the outcome.they also sealed and polished the countertops, they layed in the sink. they were very professional and all services were performed in a very timely manor, all promises were kept, no sorry mame we will be back tomorrow.

I found them on Angie's List. They were very good and did a really good job. Their quality was very good too and in terms of punctuality, they did a good job too. Their professionalism was very good; the owner was checking them a couple of times. As a matter of fact, we used them again maybe in December for making an entry in the hallway where they put marble in the hallway entry.

We chose Marble & Granite because we liked Abraham’s no-pressure approach and the straight-A reviews on Angie’s List. However, our experience with M&G was challenging. We were made to feel like burdens when we did raise concerns. Problems are sometimes inevitable with remodeling. But when they pop up, you want a company that will make it right, and do so with a good attitude, especially after payment has been made. We had some issues with workmanship and it was a struggle to get them to adequately address them. I believe M&G is capable of quality work but I think our problems started with the initial installation when there was no foreman onsite to supervise or to address our concerns on the spot. However, the workers are hard-working and respectful and took care to protect property. I’m satisfied with the final product but really wish that I didn’t have to enter into a formal dispute through Angie’s List to get to this point. NOTE: Once a dispute is closed, Angie’s List’s policy allows only a score of A or B for the overall grade.

Everything went very well. They were professional and punctual. They provide very high quality work. They did a great job and everything went right on schedule.

Very professional. I appreciated Abraham's promptness--I had a quote within a day or two, unlike the other contractors I tried, who took much longer. The workers were courteous and did a good job. They completed the job in one day. There were some minor issues that I wanted fixed, and Abraham arrived the next day and resolved everything. I was very satisfied and had no problems at all. It looks beautiful. Abraham is a very nice man, respectful and easy to work with.

They did beautiful work, at a reasonable price. Abraham and his crew were professional, reliable and expert craftsmen. I especially appreciated their quick turnaround on my job.

They were more than willing to do a repair job to our bathroom grout, and to the caulking around our sink and granite counters in the kitchen. I had trouble finding people who would be willing to do a small repair job. Others suggested that I needed to re-tile our bathroom floor, when it only needed repairs to some broken and loose grout. They were very responsive and came out to provide an estimate, they showed up when they promised, and the job was done with expert skill. I would recommend them very highly.

We were having a hard time getting anyone to respond to our need for quotes to upgrade our kitchen and the rest of the down stairs. We don't have a large house but in these times I didn't think it would be so hard to get someone to come out, give me a quote and a time when the work could be started. After 2 months of no luck with other companies on getting the job done my husband said to call Marble & Granite. That was on a Thursday....Friday Abraham came over to measure for the quote and Saturday he and I were up in Anaheim and picked out the granite. He started the work on Tuesday. My husband works at night and they did a great job working around his schedule. I am extremely pleased with the work that was performed, the level of experience, trustworthiness, and craftmanship of the company. I couldn't decide on a back splash design for my kitchen, and after seeing the level of work that had been put into my floor I told Abraham to just design what he thought would look nice. I loved what he did!!! As I said, my kitchen is very small but he paid attention to details as if it were a huge kitchen. The plumber he contracted, Efficient Plumbing, was excellent as well as the drywall/painter contractor, Mark's Drywall. I would recommend Marble & Granite to anyone. We plan on having him come back and design our fireplace.

I had to replace a portion of my granite counter due to cracking as well as install a new travertine tile backsplash. I was pleased with Abraham the moment I met him. He was on time, listened to my ideas and concerns, and delivered all aspects of my project on time without incidence. He has a good eye for design and details! Abraham responded to my phone calls and emails within an eight hour period. Dorothy, his wife and business partner is just as professional and conscientious of the customers' needs. Abraham was able to explain the uniqueness of my granite and helped me customize my backsplash so it looks wonderful from all views. Specific travertine tiles were individually placed for a unique look. I have received many compliments, but best of all, I love my kitchen! I would not hesitate to invite Abraham back into my home to help me with my next stone and tile project.

Met Abraham in his showroom and set up an appointment to pick granite at a warehouse to pick prefab granite pieces after getting a rough estimate. Chose 2 pieces of granite and he gave us a final price. Came out 2 days later to look at job and 3 days after that they installed it. Looks great. I've used other installers and I think they did the best. It was a little more than I wanted to spend but when you're spending a lot of money you don't want to cut corners and not have what you want. We're happy and would use him again. Thanks

I interviewed at least 5 contractors for our master bath remodel, I selected Marble & Granite Imports because the estimate was itemized and in detail to our specifications. Also there were many good consumer reviews on Angies List. Marble & Granite performed very well, our master bath turned out exactly the we we wanted. Abraham was very accommodating and easy to work with. He gave us a time frame of four weeks from start to finish and all work was completed during that time frame. There was one mishap with the shower door, the wrong handle was installed but that was corrected in a very timely manner.

When first meeting with Abraham Pinella at his shop, you could tell right away that he had a wealth of expertise. He has a quiet demeanor but I think it is because he is listening intently to your thoughts and ideas and is quietly trying to visualize for the customer some possibilities. We knew which countertop material we wanted and Abe's was one of the few places who had no difficult obtaining this particular brand of Okite quartz. Rather than forcing us to decide right away what sort of backsplash material/design we wanted to install, he suggested we wait a while with various samples he provided. He used a very professional, hardworking and talented crew to fabricate and install the countertops which occurred in virtually all the same day (about a 1/2 hr the following day). Abe supervised and revised the work (quality control) all throughout the day. He actually made some amazing suggestions during the fabrication that proved his experience and artistic eye. While deciding on the backsplash options, Abraham was quite patient and diplomatically and gently suggested what he thought would look good based on our preferences. On the day of installation of the backsplash, one of the stones that arrived was the wrong color. Also the marble that we had chosen based on the samples did not appear to be the same as the sample. Abraham explained that marble, being a natural stone has many variations from tile to tile. But without hesitation, he made the trek to Anaheim to get the correct color of one of the backsplash components and more samples of other types of marble that he thought we might like though he thought the original choice would be the best one. The rest of that day and night my husband and I laid out all the different types of marble and decided that the original was the best and in fact were becoming excited about seeing it all put together. The design we decided on for the backsplash is something we would not have dreamed of but Abe suggested. A different crew put in the backsplash. Also professional, quiet and hardworking. Both crews were very respectful of us and our home and left the job site immaculate. The final cost was the same as the original estimate and given the artistry and materials that went into the project, it was worth its weight. WE LOVE OUR KITCHEN!! We gaze upon it everyday, all day and really look upon it as a work of art. We have no negatives to say and weI would highly recommend Abraham Pinella to one and all!!

I have used this company on three different remodels, most recently was my own kitchen. Abraham and Dorothy are flexible, competitive and very professional. They have completed three kitchens, four bathrooms, several fireplaces, stone and wood floors and exterior stone work as well. The work is excellent - period. They don't just install the product, they install, adjust, reinstall and work the material until it is right and everything fits perfectly and looks beautiful. They provide very competitive pricing, and stick with it - no bait and switch on the job, They work with you on the scheduling and have been in the business long enough to know that it is important to be flexible. Abraham has always met the deadline and been on budget. He has an excellent eye for design and generously offers that service to those who don't quite know what they want. I will continue to use Marble and Granite Imports and highly recommend them.

From the beginning, I was very impressed with Abraham's responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism. There was frequent communication and all commitments made were honored. From the initial call (that was actually answered) to slab selection, fabrication and installment, Abraham handled everything directly and was available to address issues. The demolition, fabrication and installation were completed in one day and the premises were cleaned up by his hard-working and helpful crew. Abraham even made arrangements to have the plumbing completed the next day (a Saturday) to minimize my downtime. Thanks to Abraham, this tunred out to be a very pleasant experience.

Abraham spent a lot of time with me looking for the slab for my countertop. After the slab was chosen, it was fabricated within a few days and installed. His crew did a good job of installing it. Because the extremely heavy weight of the cast iron sink required extra bracing inside the small 33" sink base, Abraham found a solution and promptly and cheerfully added the extra bracing required to ensure the sink would remain in place. The only complaint I have about the whole process has to do with the slab selection, and this was not Abraham's fault. The granite I chose was called Ipanema Whilte and was in an indoor slab yard with dim lighting. It looked like the background was white while in the yard, but when it was installed in my kitchen, it turned out to be a dingy gray. I strongly suggest that you see your slab out in good light, and get a sample of the actual slab to take home and see how it looks in your kitchen before you have it installed. The quote that Abraham gave me for the countertop was quite reasonable, and both he and his wife, Dorothy, (who works in their store) were great to work with.

I contacted Abraham from Marble & Granite Import based on the responses I saw on Angie's list. He scheduled the measurement the next morning (around my schedule, and was very promt). I have Abraham a list of samples I wanted to see and he brought some additional based on the colors of my kitchen. I ended up selecting one of the additional samples he brought. The price quote was very fair, and lower than what I would have paid from a chain store. I would much rather see a small business owner make a profit on a job he will take pride in over pay a big box store to take a cut and contract to an installer who only makes pennies on the job. He called me four days later ready to install; not 10 business days like THD quoted, but on Tuesday after measuring Friday! Again, he scheduled the installation around my schedule and the crew was on-time. His installation crew lead by Maria, with Jose, Victor, and Jose did a fantastic job. The worked quickly and clean. The results are beautiful. I will definitely have them back when I'm ready for the bathrooms.

We found Marble & Granite Imports on Angie's list and they were one of three companies we received bids from for our countertops. Their bid was competitive and, moreover, Abraham took the time to really understand our needs and to help us make tough decisions on details of the installation. As we were talking about the job, he realized that there would be enough left over of the master bathroom slab to cover the other upstair bathroom countertop and offered to do that at no extra charge. This was something neither of the other two companies thought of. We were thrilled and ran out and bought two new sinks and faucets for the other dual vanity countertop. Abraham worked around the other contractors we had hired for the kitchen remodel and was very prompt and considerate of our needs. The installation went smoothly, except for the dust that blew all over our neighbor's car during the cutting process in our driveway - we paid to have it washed, no big deal. The workers were polite and considerate and cleaned up well after themselves. After the bathroom installation we noticed that there was a discoloration on the countertop in the master bath and that the location of the faucets to the sink was not quite the way we wanted them. Abraham promptly brought the Ceasar Stone rep out to evaluate the discoloration and the upshot was that they quickly replaced the countertop and located the faucets and sink the way we wanted them at no extra charge to us. Abraham even had his plumber come out the next day and hook all the plumbing up. We were very pleased with the job that Abraham's company did for us and would highly recommend them.

Ben is a true professional and closely supervises every job. He was punctual and when a glitch occurred with one of the subcontractors he made sure the job was completed perfectly. It was refreshing to see that great customer service and care for the job still exists. We will definitely use Marble and Granite Import for our future projects.

The project was completed in four days spread over two weeks. First day being visiting Abe's showroom and a trip to a slab yard. Second day about a week later was to see more Granite, Abe has found a cheaper source for one of our favorite slabs seen on our first visit. Abe then visited our home to measure up and schedule the install days. Installation of the counters and tile was done very well, tear out and install crews were very polite, clean and professional. Abe did visit during the work to check on progress and quality. We had some minor issues with the edges of the counters - but this was more due to the nature of the slab we selected (full of crystals) than the quality of the craftmanship. We also had a loose tile appear in our backsplash. We called Abe and he sent his crew out again to smooth the edges of the counters and fix the tile - very good customer service. Highly recommended.

Abe and his crew did an excellent job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He never disappeared during the project, i.e., he came daily to inspect the work that was done. He was very concerned that we be completely satisfied at every step of the project. Moreover, he completed the project in ten days. He did a masterful job scheduling the subs at the right time so that there would be no unnecessary delays--he's a true pro!
