The installers do excellent work and are very respectful of your property, masking and protecting surfaces etc. They are very skilled and provide an amazing finish. Abraham is wonderful to work with and has a keen design eye. He is open and encouraging about the look that YOU want, providing a measured guiding hand. Marble & Granite Imports did an excellent job with granite countertops for my outside kitchen. Everything went as planned. My interfaces, Abe and Elizabeth, were very professional and competent. I’m totally pleased with the outcome. I needed the work done by July 4th and it was completed two weeks ahead of time with no cost overruns. A highly recommended company.

He made suggestions and did not try to upsell or pressure us in any way. Marble & Granite Imports is a family owned business. Fantastic. Abraham is one of the nicest, most helpful contractors I ever worked with. The team he brought in to do the tile work did an excellent job, even working within our tight schedule. They had no problem with making the extra effort to "do the job right." We still can't get over how nice the kitchen looks! I would not hesitate to hire Abraham and his team again, and have recommended him to all my neighbors.

It went great. Abraham helped me pick out the quartz based on the design of my café. He brought me many samples of tiles and again helped so much with his recommendations. He worked so well with all of the other workers I had and worked with everyone's schedule. As always there are no surprises with Abraham. He comes when he says he will and it cost what he says it will. The whole team goes over and above! I have recommended them to my clients and friends and I will continue to do so.

i have been handling this remodel for my mothers home in Fullerton. l had several people come to the house and give me estimates. Abraham was by far the most informative and helpful. Since this was the first time i had taken on a project of this size i did as much research as i could before i decided who to hire. Abraham was by far the most knowledgable and helpful. He met us at the slab yard and was so patient while we tried to select our slabs. He helped us design the back splash which was quite ornate and it turned out more beautiful than we could have imagined. Abraham either answered his phone right away or called back within 5 minutes! They were on time almost all of the time and if they were running late which happened once, they gave us plenty of notice. I appreciated that since I have a fairly demanding job. The project was completed on schedule and there were no surprises regarding price. It Cost exactly what Abraham said it would. No surprises!

In short, Abraham was very polite and easy to deal with in the preparation stages of the project but not so much when issues with the installation were pointed out to him. The installation, while not horrible, has some flaws that are difficult to overlook. His response to my concerns was unprofessional and inexcusable. I wish I had seen the review of 3/2/2016 before my project. My experience was similar in many ways and I most certainly would not have used this supplier otherwise. We contracted him to install Silestone Quartz countertops upon our new kitchen cabinets and upon a ten foot long short wall. His crew seemed more interested in the speed in which they performed the installation rather than accuracy. On the short wall installation, the countertop is not level across the seam and, even though I pointed this out to the crew lead, Omar, during the installation, he dismissed my concern insisting that it would be taken care of after the top was glued down - it was not. Abraham was not present at the time of installation and was very reluctant to come out and review this issue with me, but eventually did so. When he arrived he was obviously not interested in listening to my concerns. I made the extra effort to be polite and non-confrontational but to no avail, he dismissed my issue insisting it was trivial and then, in an outburst, ran out of my home. His behavior was very unprofessional and inexcusable. He later called and apologized but made no effort to offer a solution. Additionally, on the kitchen installation, the countertop overhang is not the same from one side of the kitchen to the other. This was an easily correctable flaw and, had crew been more concerned with accuracy than speed, it could have been caught during installation but now would require a complete redo. Again, not a horrible flaw but difficult to overlook. To be fair to Abraham, I did not bring this last issue to his attention but have no intention of doing so now especially since his reaction to the other issue. I should not have allowed him to continue with my project after seeing the quality of work and should have been more insistent and vocal during the installation process, that‘s my mistake and I will have to live with it. I hope others will learn from my experience. 　

It went very well. I had been planning this project for several months. Abraham was so patient! He really helped me decide which material to use. He worked with my schedule which changed often. They were always flexible with me. They did the demolition and the installation in the same day, that made me very happy. I have used Marble and Granite in the past and had the same great experience.

Overall, my experience was not positive mostly due to the lack of customer service by the owner and disillusionment over what I had expected from an A-rated business. Abraham had a pleasant phone manner, but working face to face with him proved disappointing. He was brusque and seemed as though he did not want to be bothered with questions or concerns. Despite on-line reviews indicating Abraham assists his client in choosing the materials for the job, he only met with me once at the stone yard to purchase the slab I pre-selected on my own even though I asked for suggestions. The countertop fabrication was beautiful and the workers wonderful to work with providing very good customer service and aimed to please. However when I asked that certain blemishes in the stone be avoided and that the movement of the stone be considered when placing the template, Abraham sent me alone to the work site in a rundown abandoned strip-mall style business building. I sought his guidance and expertise, but he threw full responsibility on me. The only complaint I have about the countertop is that the sink cutout was rectangular with straight lines on a slightly bowed bowl and that the sink was misaligned during installation so the countertop is unevenly spaced around the lip of the sink, which Abraham attributes to human error. The backsplash installation did not go well even though Abraham indicated that the process was intricate, required expert craftsmanship, and was labor intensive justifying the pricey installation cost. It was surprising to find out that this was the first time the installer had worked with this particular type of backsplash. In the end, Abraham had to come over to the house to provide guidance after I read the installer the directions twice and called the manufacturer to verify the proper way to install the mosaic. Unfortunately, the installer did not follow directions and pulled the plastic film off the front of the mosaic after adhering it to the wall. The instructions clearly stated the mosaic was supposed to set for 72 hours before peeling off the film. This action resulted in the mosaic being dragged out of alignment. I had to move the more blatantly misaligned pieces back into position one by one. On a side note, the tile installer and I waited approximately 2+ hours for Abraham to return our calls about the curing and installation process. Due to this delay, the worker stated till 8:30pm even though we politely asked him several times to wrap up the work because guests had come over. Since the work was not finished in the one day as originally planned, it took a week before the installer had time to come back and finish the backsplash. Lastly, when grout was spread over the glass mosaic, the tool gauged the backsplash. When I addressed my concerns with Abraham in an email, he did not respond until one week later when I followed up on the day he came to collect payment. No recourse or apologies were offered. Instead, he repeatedly said the kitchen was beautiful. Then, he blamed me stating this job had dragged out, his workers needed to be paid, and that I was holding up payment on the balance due. Meanwhile, the tile installer was still working on the backsplash at the time of Abraham's outburst and stayed several more hours afterwards.
