Excellent. Abe was 10 minutes early for the first appointment to discuss the job. He measured everything and gave us a written quote the first day. He spent several hours with us at the granite slab yard to help us pick out the granite. He fabricated most of the granite off site and installed it on the day he said he would. He team removed the ceramic tile in the morning and installed the granite countertops that afternoon. The travertine was installed the next day and grouted the following day. Did everything he said he would. Workmanship was excellent, best we've seen.

I had six estimates in two years before I walked into Abe's shop and it all came together. I only had a vague idea of what I wanted. He is excellent with design and coordinating materials. He is extremely patient and spent an entire morning at the granite yard with me, besides hours in his shop. I'm the type of woman who needs to see EVERYTHING before I make my choice and that's what I did with his help. The work was done in a week. His installers were excellent and determined to get the job done in a timely manner. It rained heavily for three days and they didn't let that stop them; they rigged up my patio umbrella over their saw. I was amazed on how well Abe scheduled the plumber, hot mob guy, cabinet maker, electrician, drywall guy and glass man. All the nightmares I heard about remodeling just didn't happen and we stuck to budget.

It was a pleasure to deal with Abraham Pinella on this project. He located the granite (Costa Esmeralda) that we were looking for and sent us a picture. We liked it but wanted to see it in person. When we went down to Orange County (we live in LA) we thought that the color was not as vibrant as others we had seen, so he took us to other granite yards in the area until we found one that that we wanted. Abraham then came out and measured twice to get the proper dimensions and to create the template for the tub deck and vanity counter top. It only took him a few days to get everything ready, and we scheduled the installation. His crew was excellent, extremely efficient, and were very clean. Even when they had to cut something inside the house, the held a vacuum next to the cutting to minimize the dust that was created. They fabricated the vanity counter top, 7' long with two sinks, the tub deck, the shower seat, the shelves for two shampoo boxes in the shower, the top piece on our pony wall and the top of the shower dam (area where the door is installed). Abraham and his crew did an excellent job, and we will certainly use them again on our next project.

Abraham showed up on time. He was clean and professional. Cutting through granite in the kitchen made a lot of dust. He did everything possible to minimize the dust, keep the kitchen clean, and clean up afterwards. Abraham made sure that our new stove had a perfect fit into the new hole. No complaints -- just thanks for a professional job that was well done. His business card is one that I will keep in my file.

Marble and Granite Import was selected off Angie?s List based on nearness to our home and straight ?A? referrals. When I telephoned, I spoke directly with the owner Abraham. Abraham arrived promptly at my home the following Saturday morning as planned. He answered all of our numerous questions, and gave us an estimate of roughly $4,200 to $4,500 for granite counter tops and ceramic tile back splash ? the variance depending on the price of the granite slab we selected. When I arrived at the granite company two days later, Abraham already was there waiting for me at the scheduled noon hour. He was very patient and helpful to me in the selection process. The slab I selected just happened to be on the low side of Abraham?s estimate. Abraham called three days later to set up a time for installation. The entire installation process took two days. One day to put in the granite and the second day to install the back splash. Selection of the back splash materials and layout was left until the first day, so to allow us to first see the granite counter tops in place. The configuration selected was perfect and artistically very creative. Abraham recommended a plumber for installation of a new sink , faucets and gas stove top. Everything was coordinated perfectly by Abraham. The quality of work is simply outstanding. The workers were efficient and most professional. Never once did Abraham attempt to up-sell. We found him to be a most honorable and capable businessman. When we asked Abraham to recommend a kitchen cabinet refinisher, he told us that he did this, as well. We ultimately engaged Abraham to refinish all kitchen cabinets and replace 32 cabinet doors. All of this. too, was accomplished with spectacular results for a total price of $6,500. But that?s another recommendation which I will be filing here on Angie?s List under ?cabinet refinishing?

Abraham was very professional throughout the process. He was responsive, punctual, and did a great job of explaining the process to us. We enjoyed working with him and his team and would hire them again.

Abraham was very responsive to our needs. We had other marble contractors call, give estimates, but never follow through. From start to finish, the job went very smoothly. Everything that was promised was completed. Beautiful work!

I felt good the minute I walked in the shop. I especially like that they handled everything - no shopping for an installer or fabicator. The recommended certain things, took my measurements and gave me an estimate onthe spot. They arrived on time for measurement and installation, and left no cleanup for me. I was very pleased.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THE WHOLE PROCESS ON HOW THEY INSTALL AND CUT THE GRANITE SLAB WAS AMAZING. THE GRANITE INSTALLERS WERE VERY NEAT, CLEAN, AND WORKED VERY HARD.
