Dean was very helpful with explaining each phase of the work, answering all of our many questions, and connecting with the crew (and us) if there were additional questions or concerns. A number of our neighbors have used Aurora Painting over the years and we are happy to have found them. I selected Brett due to the thoroughness of his assessment of my house and the work required considering the last time the home was painted was 1990. It is paramount to me who comes on my property to perform work and as Brett is the proprietor with a California contractor license that greatly appealed to me. Brett made solid recommendations on how I should handle the wood rot. Brett was spot on with his assessment on the time and materials required, he and his employee were on time and only missed days because of rain.
