Description of Work: Mr. McLay was very punctual. He looked at my furnace and immediately knew what the problem most likely was. He gave me an estimate and I agreed. He left to go purchase the part and was back within the hour. He repaired the furnace and made some recommendations to keep it in good condition. Description of Work: He said he checked the filter and it was fine when I checked it myself it was filthy he stayed over the time period and had to pay him extra and said there is nothing wrong with the air conditioner.
