He works very well, he handled the repairs on my sink very very well. He did a very good job, considering he was alone, he was on time and did the work by himself.

They are prompt. They do good work. Their charges are fair.

Although went with another company before McLay Services could come out to give an estimate, the company was very prompt in responding back (same day) and professional in communicating.

Showed up when they sar, diagnosed the problem quickly. As we have a heat pump we have had many issues with repairs, even with the company that installed it!

It went fine. The guy was about 10 minutes late outside of appointment time, but he resolved it really quickley, and did not try to upsell me. I would highly recommend them.

I hired them to go to my elderly parents home to fix their dishwasher that was flooding their house when they turned it on. The repairman quickly located the problem, fixed it and did some extra cleaning of a filter to ensure it didn't happen again. He also showed my parents what to do to fix it themselves should it happen again. The repairman was there for about 45 minutes and charged my parents the service fee. My parents were completely satisfied with the service and price.

Great service! When we moved into our home we knew the AC and furnace were going to need to be replaced. After a year of the house being hot on one side and cold on the other we got some quotes to replace everything. McLay was not only the best price but I felt was also the most knowledgeable. They replaced everything and the house is much more comfortable now.

Chad was very helpful. He found there was a simple repair needed for our leaky faucet. My husband was glad we didn’t need to replace the faucet. Price was fair and job was completed in a timely manner. He offered to do a free plumbing inspection and found our water pressure was high and recommend to replace our failed pressure regulator. I’ll be calling them back for the refulator in the near future!

Only good things to say about McLay Services! From scheduling the services call to getting the work done. The technician was up front with pricing and told me only what needed to be repaired on my water heater. He even did a free safety check on my furnace and found a dirty air filter that needed replacement. I will be calling again in the future.

They came out and found our panel wasn't big enough to carry all the things we had. A new panel was put on and the A/C was serviced. We had another condenser put in as well. The ducts were also checked and found to have a broken one in the attic. they were very nice and did the work right away.

When I called to speak with them a young lady answered the phone and told me that there would be a 99.50 service fee. When I requested further information about total cost she was unable to provide further info there was none. I stated that maybe I would call someone else and she hung up. I spoke to another company, who also stated that they had a service fee as well. However that representative spent time talking to me and we subsequently booked an appointment! They lost out because they hung up!

Christian from McLay Services showed up within the agreed time frame to install a new kitchen faucet and fix a leak in one of my bathtubs. He did a great job. Faucet was installed within 20 to 25 minutes. He also fixed a leak in my bathtub in the Master bathroom and installed new a new drain and spout. He was neat and clean in his work and answered any questions that I had. Very good plumber. I would recommend McLay Services to anyone!!

The initial appointment was very helpful. We received some great information and advice. The second appointment was quick and very skillfully done.

That one was good. He was very thorough. He stayed to make sure that my water was heating up, and he checked it on all the faucets, so he was extremely thorough in the job that he did. It would be nice if they were available more extensive hours, but they're not.

It went very well ! I called them around 930 am to schedule the disposal installation and they were at my house two hours later. I'm very happy with the results . I'd hire them again in a second !!

We were scheduled quickly and courteously. Steven was on time, both times he was scheduled. He was thorough and professional. We ended up having to wait for a new motor since it was Saturday on our first visit but he arranged the earliest possible on Monday based on our schedule. He had to replace the motor and blades. Our air conditioning works great now.

The plan was to come out and do a leak detection which is costly, but they would apply that charge to repair if they did the job. I think this meant putting a camera into wall to check what was leaking and how bad it was? Christian came out and spent a good amount of time, thoroughly checked for moisture inside and out, without opening wall and realized there is no moisture! After seeing the damage to stucco he thinks that rain is probably getting in through the bottom of our window. Well, the outcome was that they didn't charge me for the leak detection check, but only a nominal fee for coming out. Also, they honored the $20 coupon, even though I later realized that it was only supposed to apply to a bill over $100!! Looks like I have found a new trustworthy plumber for all our future needs! Now on to find someone to repair the window.

This was my 3rd plumber for the same request. I had 2 TOTO toilets to install in slab floor. The 1st plumber came and couldn't install because his drill bit broke(?) but he complained about toilet throughout. He changed shut off bulb and hose and charged me $145, but couldn't install. 2nd plumber came but didn't even want to touch the toilet because they aren't familiar with TOTO toilet. Finally, called Mclay, knowing they can do the job but afraid the cost, but it was just reasonable charge, same with other company would charge!! Chad came and he installed 1st toilet about half the time 1st plumber was struggling trying to install but failed. The 1st plumber actually drilled in wrong place. He checked if there's any leaks, double, triple times to make sure. Added extra washers no extra charge, Chad just made sure its properly working. Very efficient and excellent!! He was very polite and pleasant. He gave me discount also. I just regret wasting time and money on some plumber who says they do but can't. And very happy that Chad came to rescue, done job so quick and efficiently. I know for now on who to call in need of plumbing problem. If anyone need plumber, Mclay will help you.
