Description of Work: Repaired my A/C. It was a tricky system, one the service tech had never seen before. He was very patient and found the problem and repaired the unit. Very friendly and competent technician. Would use them again. Have recommended them to friends already.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with the service and work performed by McLay. Two different technicians came out on different days. One diagnosed the problem and the other installed the parts I had to order from the water heater company directly. Both techs were very professional and explained what they were doing step by step. I will definitely call them again if I have any new plumbing problems.

Description of Work: Cold water control in a shower was leaking and when we took off the handle it appeared that it may be leaking behind the wall. Called McLay Plumbing (which is just a short distance away from the house) and they came over within 15 minutes. Chad looked at the situation and said just the stem needed to be replaced. Since we do not live in the house full time any longer (son lives there, and you know how kids DON'T take care of things) there were other deferred maintenance items that Chad took care of while he was here. All in all, he was here about 3 hours, provided the parts for 2 sets of faucets, new stems on shower controls, new pop-up in a bathroom sink, and tightened the kitchen sink faucet...He was very professional, and did a great job. I would recommend this company, and Chad, to anyone needing plumbing work.
