Description of Work: Replaced wall sockets and switches in my kitchen, dining area and living room. Replaced the sensor on my patio flood lights and actually repaired my door that never closed correctly as a bonus! Very professional and courteous. Quoted one hour and that is exactly how long it took. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Person Answering Phone basically said if you haven't used us before not interested. Then put me on hold came back after 5 Min and hung up the phone. Description of Work: Enthusiastically made an appt. - stayed hoe waiting - never showed up. Then claimed I made the error. Was late for the rescheduled appt. When I called I was told their employee would be stuck in traffic. I realized I did not fit their "customer profile" b/c they had done work for me before. If a company only serves certain people, they should make it clear. That way no one's time is wasted.

Description of Work: Have used them 3 times already! They fixed sliding on one side of a mobile home,repaired a shed, put up gutters,electrical,fans,put uo and fixed a problem door etc.... I would recommend them to anyone! Roxy in the office is great and Juan is very knowledgeable and trustworthy! Helped me save a lot of money for unnecessary things that I was told must be done right away!!! Thank you!!!

Description of Work: I had several jobs done: toilet installed, patio painted, sink installed, bathtub refinished, ceiling fan installed. It really depends upon who is sent out to you for the work. I gave a B because I had to call to get the painter to make sure my patio was prepped correctly; and the bathtub job had clean up work that had to be a re-visit. Otherwise an A for ceiling fan, toilet, and sink. So, it's a roll of the dice as to who you get.

Description of Work: I first used them to install a new toilet and remove the old one. I was referred to them by a local Ace Hardware store. They called me quoted me a flat rate of $94 to do the work. | |My son needed the same type of work and when he called them the price was up to $140 and not a flat rate as I had. Plus they had to come out and inspect the job first. I did not have to have them come out first either. | |When I called them and challenged them about their practice they told me that is always the way they do things. Again this is totally different and opposite of what I had to deal with. They denied that the work for me was done the way I have stated above. I do not like companies that change things at the last minute as they did . In fact I need to have another toilet changed and I will not use them. | |

Description of Work: Replaced and replumbed a garbage disposal in my 1960 mobile home. Walter picked up the disposal for me at Home Depot and did not charge me any additional. He was very professional and left the kitchen in better shape than when he arrived. Not the cheapest labor on the block but very trustworthy and great work.

Description of Work: So far, all we have is an estimate and a date to start the work. However, the guy who did the estimate was excellent, with a lot of good ideas about how to accomplish the various electrical repairs we needed done. I'll let you know how it goes after they do the work!
