Description of Work: Juan did a great job installing a new toilet and a 15000 BTU window air conditioner. He was very courteous, clean and very fast. This is the second time he's done a job for me and I would definitely use them again.

Excellently. The man arrived well within the period estimated, and he promptly finished all the work we had agreed upon in the estimate (including things I forgot to remind him of)
Description of Work: 3 "grab bars' were installed in bathrooms, the Shower door was adjusted to make it operate more smoothly, a ceiling hatch previously installed was painted, and all smoke detector backup batteries were inspected. They purchased the grab bars.

Robert was fast, neat, polite and very professional. I would recommend him and use his services again.
Description of Work: I called and asked if someone was available to do a drywall patch in my dining room ceiling an area about 4'x4'. I told them that I was not sure if it was just drywall or there was more damage that was causing the drywall to sag. I also told them that I needed it done asap because I was having canister lights installed and they couldn't finish until I had the drywall patched. They said that they would have someone call me. Robert called me within 10 minutes and I explained to him what I need done and he said he might be able to come out that day but he had another job that he needed to attend to first. He called me back a couple hours later and said his current job was going to take a little more time than expected, so he would come the next day. Robert called me in the morning and told me what time he expected to arrive to start the job. He was prompt, friendly, very neat, he tore out the problem area and installed new drywall, and also floated out another issue area by my french doors in my dining room. Additionally, he patched a small area where I had moved a light fixture.

I have been happy with some of the workers they have provided and not so happy with others. The particular handyman I used was Don. He is very good. He is competent and works very hard. He shows up on time. I appreciate that he identifies jobs that I can do that he doesn't need to do. He will tell me what I need to do to get them done. The last time he was here half a day doing work. I will definitely use him again.
Description of Work: I used Handyman Unlimited for all kinds of things. He replaced some electrical outlets and he dealt with some leaks under the kitchen sink. He also dealt with a waste disposal system.

Juan arrived on time, got right to work, and accomplished it all in less than 2 1/2 hours. He was pleasant and professional. I was quite pleased.
Description of Work: Juan hung 9 curtain rods, re-hung a interior french door which had been removed for painting, installed 5 battery-powered smoke alarms, and 1 or 2 other tiny incidentals.

We called in, and a handyman was sent out to our house. We then received a same-day estimate. In both cases, the work was done in a timely and professional manner.
Description of Work: The first time we used Handyman Unlimited, they installed an over-the-range microhood and dishwasher for us. The second time we used them, they stopped a leak in our shower.

He completed the job and did a good job. He cleaned up very well. He was on time, when he said he would be here. He?s a good guy to deal with.

Great customer service. We had a leak somewhere in an exterior wall. Rick removed the damage siding, diagnosed the leak and repaired it the same day. He had to return a different day to replace the siding as the type was difficult to locate, but put a temporary closure up so we wouldn't get critters in the walls. After he replaced the siding it was difficult to tell there had ever been a problem in that spot. We were really impressed with this company and will use them for future projects. We try to support local businesses and are happy when we are able to do so with confidence.
Description of Work: Removed siding, diagnosed and repaired leaking copper pipe. Replaced damaged siding with new.

WHEN THE GUY FIRST GOT HERE, HE SUGGESTED TO ATTACK THE WIRING FROM THE ATTIC. I POINTED OUT TO HIM THAT WE WERE IN AN APARTMENT, AND I THOUGHT THAT WAS A LITTLE ODD.
