Description of Work: Insulate, drywall and painting garage ceiling, and install three light fixtures. |I Wish that the drywall installer and painter had done a better job cleaning the shelf areas above eye level. They were not noticed until after they left.

Description of Work: Moses came and did an accurate estimate of the work that was required to lay a new floor in our library. He did an excellent job, and is a nice guy. He cares, and went out of this way to make sure that he was doing what we wanted him to do. The product is perfect!

Description of Work: They repaired a dishwasher, installed a hood microwave and repaired cabinets and baseboards. My residents are very particular and I was amazed there were no comments made. I will definitely be using them again.

Description of Work: Assembled a chair that had no directions. Have also used them before for their general knowledge! Knowledge out-weighed price!

Description of Work: installed electric cloths dryer vent by moving it to vent out the back of our attached garage. All work was completed to 100% of the work bid and as per our agreement. Will use this company again.

Description of Work: Handyman Unlimited painted my fascia board and some siding I had, small amount of siding on the house, re-fix my porch railing and did lots of stuff. Replaced some bad stucco at the house, they placed my water heater outside, replaced the door and they replaced some trim around the garage door that was falling apart.

Description of Work: "I needed someone to do minor repairs in my home; light switches were out; overhead lights in garage needed to be replaced; repair broken drawer. Unfortunately he was unable to replace bathroom sink stoppers, as the scheduler forgot to allow time for that project. |I will definitely ask Robert to help with other projects."

Description of Work: 4/19/13 - I questioned the estimated costamount on one item 4/22/13 - Roxz replied & said she'd have to check with handyman who estimated item 4/27/13 - Had not received response so followed up 4/29/13 - Roxz replied that she hoped to "have something today" 5/9/13 - Still no response

Description of Work: Don arrived on time to fix a leaky toilet. After assessing that the supply line was bad, he noticed that there was seeping from under the toilet, pulled the toilet, and saw that the main drain was backed up and that it (the main line) required snaking, which his company does not do. He charged me NOTHING for this visit. I then called a rooting company (separate report!) that finally solved the drain problem, and gave me a very high estimate for re-installing the toilet, which they said required jack hammering the floor to install a new flange. I called Don back, and he returned, installed a flange kit which did NOT require the jack hammer, installed a new supply line, cleaned up the mess, changed ceiling lights for me (I am somewhat crippled and cannot do ladders), and did it all for $200. I found him to be very professional, honest and caring, and will call no one else when I need help around my house. It was the first time I required handyman help, and I totally lucked out in finding him!

Description of Work: I have used these services on several calls for both indoor and outdoor work. I have always found them to be punctual, clean, and very honest. The charges are reasonable.

Description of Work: A person came and I showed him the problems: removal of a water heater and adding a filter for the air/heating blower. He assured me they could do it and they never got back to me.
