Description of Work: Refinished hardwood floors in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house that was being sold.

Description of Work: Wood flooring installation in home. I coordinated the work remotely for my parents home. I chose Mario based on reviews and was pleased with installation and quality of work.

Description of Work: I contacted him for a pricing on installing wood floors and he never called me back. I even sent him pictures of the project, what happened to Angie's list guarantee?

Description of Work: I had new wood floors put in my condo. I initially chose Mario because he was very responsive to my questions. My designer met with him and confirmed to me that Mario knew his stuff. He saw that my place was modern and he advised my designer that we put square floor moldings in, as opposed to the more common round moldings. He had them custom made for me, and they look fantastic. He also cut the wood in such a way to hide my cable wires and custom made transitions from the wood floor to my granite kitchen as well as into the carpeted bedroom. While I was at work, he would send my picture updates, which I really appreciated. Mario and his staff showed up on time every day and cleaned up when they left. They were very professional. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the quality of the work. My designer was also impressed and plans to use Mario in the future.

Description of Work: Mario refinished the wood flooring in our entry hall and one bedroom. The finished product was excellent, he responded to all questions, was always on time, and made sure we were satisfied. His entire crew were hard working, knowledgable, and polite. I would use again and highly recommend.

Description of Work: They took a two days to get back to us for an estimate on refinishing our floors. The estimate was fair and he was very nice, but we ended up going with someone that got in touch with us sooner as we were on a time crunch.

Description of Work: he was supposed to refinish my floors in a white finish but simply could not do it. I wish he had told me in the very beginning that the Dura Seal Country White finish was not ( at that time) available. he had a tough time..it was very hot. It just basically didn't go well. I am now going to have them redone by another one of your providers who seems extremely competent.

Description of Work: Mario and staff arrived on time. communication of needs and expectations were heard. Mario offered several variations of the project and I ultimately listened and my floors were restored back to their normal and original look from 55 years ago. Nice job.
