Excellent customer service. Communicates well with clients. Arrives on time and very knowledgeable about their responsibility.. Quick service and very reasonably-priced..... Would definitely recommend their service. They only specialized in air-duct and Dryer's vent cleaning and dryer's cleaning which prevent other companies in adding extra charges when they are on site. Also, they added "sanitizer" in all duct cleaning without charges which I appreciate very much. My charge for a 1200 sq ft, 2 story condo is about $ 250 and $ 450 on my larger single-family home with over 3,500sf. It,s very reasonable. The average time spent is about 1 1/2 hour and over 3 1/2 hour respectively. They also replace a LARGE filter for BOTH homes at no charge.

Very satisfied with their work and excellent follow up. Will not hesitate to use them again.

Very communicative, professional, informative. They gave us as much of a discount as possible, which was fair. They really informed us about how and when to upkeep our system. We are new homeowners and were very taken care of. No regrets and we are good for a few years!

They were effecient. The only issue we had was in the clean up after the service. There was debris under several vents that should have been cleaned up.

The crew arrived in a very professional looking truck, and had all the necessary equipment. They were quick, quiet, and even made sure to clean up the work area, as well as vacuum! I d highly recommend them, and will definitely use their services in the near future.
