I would absolutely recommend their services. Jonathan, Julio, and Ricardo were punctual, efficient, and highly knowledgeable. Jonathan especially took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my queries, something I very much appreciated. After 10 years, I needed my vents cleaned, and they did a phenomenal job. I am really, really pleased. They were also very personable, which actually does matter. This is the very first review I've ever written, and I am happy to do so in this instance.

The two man team was efficient and competent. I haven't turned the furnace on yet: still in the 80's. I'm anticipating cleaner, fresher air when I do.

They cleaned the vents in a rental I manage. The tenant is an architect and she was present during the work and gave me a very positive recommendation. She knows more than I do about such matters, so I would give them a high recommendation.

They did some upselling on-site. But, the total was okay and they did a good job.

Professional and courteous

They did a very good job. Just be aware of additional add-ons that add to the total price and do so ONLY if you are interested in adding them on. But in general, their prices are fair and service was fast, efficient and I would use them again.

The package value was excellent. I had done my research and comparison shopped 4 other companies. Pure Air has the best value package. I had all the A/C vents cleaned, furnace inspected and cleaned, and my dryer vent cleaned also. The two gentlemen that arrived were prompt and I was thoroughly explained the whole process. The only complaint I have is that they didn't completely clean up two areas where they worked. I had to vacuum a bit of debris in the hall upstairs and wipe off dust from my coffee table and sofa downstairs. When I pointed out to one of the gentlemen the dust on the coffee table, he apologized.

Did you workers that did the job get a good job very personal the salesperson was a bit sketchy.

Be aware the advertised sale price is accurate. Should have known it was coming, additional services **needed**, which increased the price. Homeadvisor first contact person quoted me a price higher, which was presented to me by Pure Air SD phone sales person. Homeadvisor contact person said, **Oh yeah that is a sales promotion**. Guess not advertised from Homeadvisor? My $89 turned to closer to $300, yes I agreed to additional dryer vent cleaning etc and should have seen it coming. My error to research more, with other quotes. Since they were onsite agreed. The contact person onsite was extremely polite and friendly. Would have liked them to repair the attic vent with tape, but was told it needed to be replaced. Would debate that assessment.
